ETHAN BOWLING (Schwartz Understudy/Ensemble) is very grateful to Barry, Kimbyr-ly, John, and Canyon �eatre Guild for taking the triple dog dare of giving him his �rst real stage experience. �anks to Dad and Henry for going with the �ow, to Mom for all the schlepping, and to Miranda for the inspiration to audition.

LANDON BLANKENSHIP (Flick) is thrilled to be back on stage in his favorite holiday show. Other productions include A Christmas Carol and the Wizard of Oz, Jr. He also en-joys playing soccer. He would like to thank Barry and Kimbyrly for this opportunity, and his family for all the support.

MIRANDA JANE BOWLING (Ensemble) is thrilled to be back in her second CTG pro-duction, having made her debut as an Oompa Loompa in last year’s Willy Wonka. She recently shot a Red Cross video produced by internet �lmmaker, Zach King. �anks to Barry, Kimbyrly, and John, and to Mom, Dad, Ethan, and Henry.

MICHAEL DAVIES (Santa) was born and raised in England where he was a professional entertainer. He enjoys Christmas and is no humbug although he has played �e Humbug in the CTG’s �e Phantom Tollbooth. He �rst joined the CTG when it was located on Sierra Highway. He has been awarded Goldies for Best Actor, Best Set Design, and the Irving G. wallpaper award. �is actor, director, set designer works with special education students for the Hart Diatrict. He is also an instructor for the youth workshops at the CTG. An excellent introduction to theatre!

RONAN DILLEHUNT (Randy) is excited to be performing in his �rst main stage produc-tion. Previous theatre experience includes Somewhere Beyond the Sky and Journey to the Northern Lights. When he’s not performing, Ronan loves playing soccer and swimming in the deep end. Ronan wishes to thank Barry, Kimbyrly, John and everyone else at Canyon �eatre Guild for this amazing opportunity.

GEORGAN GEORGE (Mother) is excited to be making her CTG debut. Newhall au-diences may remember her as Miss Maudie in TO KILL A MOCKINGBIRD or Sister Aloysius in DOUBT at Rep East Playhouse. Recent roles include: �e Seamstress in AFTERLIFE: A GHOST STORY (Avery Schreiber Playhouse), Leticia Primrose in ON THE TWENTIETH CENTURY (Pan Andreas �eater), and Lady Lucy in THE HOL-LOW (�eatre Palisades). RYLEE HINDMAN (Elf / Ensemble) - �is is Rylee’s 4th show having enjoyed perform-ing as Sya in CTG’s “Somewhere Beyond the Sky” . She was also seen in “December’s Last Wish” and “�e Little Mermaid”. She would like to thank her family and friends for all the support and love they’ve given.

CAMILLE JAVELLANA (Helen Understudy/Ensemble) is excited to perform in another CTG production a�er being seen in “Fame Jr” this past summer. She would like to thank her parents, her brother Luke, and her sister Bea for all the life advice to get her to where she is now, and for all the rides to rehearsals.

LUCAS FRANCKE (Ralphie) is excited about making his debut with the Canyon �eater Guild in “A Christmas Story.” He studied acting for a year at the Playground and has performed in a�er school productions at Mountainview Elementary in roles that include Gingy in Shrek �e Musical Jr., Pongo in 101 Dalmatians, �e White Rabbit in Alice in Wonderland Jr., and recently as the Genie in Aladdin Jr. He has acted in short �lms and was featured in a regional car dealership commercial. In addition to acting, Lucas loves playing baseball, soccer, and enjoys backpacking and kayaking with his Scout Troop.

SAM KORT (Ralphie & Randy Understudy/Ensemble) is excited to be in his 2nd show at CTG. You might have seen Sam in Oliver, Annie, Wizard of Oz, and curtains for Addams Family. He thanks his mom, Riley, friends and family, and Barry for this opportunity. He is excited to work with this amazing cast and crew.

CHRISTOPHER FLOWERS (Ralph / Narrator) Originally from Chicagoland, Christo-pher has trained for many years, including a BA in �eatre from Lewis University, at the MFA program at �e University of Texas, Austin, the Chicago Shakespeare Rep, and at Second City. He has performed in many many plays, musicals, commercials, live action stunt shows, children’s theater, summer stock, improv/sketch comedy shows, murder mys-tery dinner theater, and live readings. He has directed, written plays, and now works as a SAG voiceover artist. �is is his fourth production at the CTG. As always heaps and mounds of thank yous to his wonder wife Meghan and their amazingly outrageous kids. Happy Holidays!

BRADEN LOPRETE (Scut Farkas/Black Bart) �is is Braden’s 3rd show at CTG. He is very excited to be in this show as he loved the movie. Other shows he has been in include �e Addams Family (Pugsly) and Willy Wonka (Augustus). He would like to thank his parents for supporting him all the way.

IRELYND MCCARTHY (Esther Jane Understudy/Ensemble) is excited to be back at Canyon �eatre in her second holiday season show. She wants to thank the Director and entire cast for the opportunity to learn with such a talented and fun group. She hopes to be in future productions to keep improving her skills.

TIM MCGOWAN (�e Old Man) - McGowan has extensive experience, with 2,000+ performances, including the “MC” in Cabaret, “Allen Felix” in Play it Again Sam, “San-cho Panza” in Man of La Mancha, “Moonface Martin” in Anything Goes, “Ali Hakim” in Oklahoma, and “Louis Morris” in 1776 , along with multiple CTG roles, including “Nephew Fred” in A Christmas Carol, “Patsy” in Spamalot, “Max Detweiler” in �e Sound of Music and “Marcellus Washburn” in �e Music Man, among others. Mc-Gowan won CTG Goldies for Best Actor as the title role in Willy Wonka, and for Best Supporting Actor as the bug-eating “Ren�eld” in Dracula.

LINDA THOMPSON (Miss Shields) is appearing in her �rst show at CTG a�er mov-ing here from Atlanta in August. Her favorite roles include Miss Hannigan (Annie) and Maria Morelli (Lend Me a Tenor). Much love to her family, and a huge thank you to Barry, Kimbyrly, and John.

EMILY RUPP (Helen) is thrilled to join the cast of A Christmas Story. One of her dad’s favorite Christmas movies, Emily is excited to know that her dad will be �rst in line for tickets. Emily is grateful to Barry, Kimbyrly and the artistic team for casting her in this holiday production.

OWEN SHEAN (Schwartz) is a fourth grader who made his stage debut at just 8 months old as the baby elephant bird in a CTG production of Seussical. He has performed in nu-merous shows since and would like to thank his family, especially his mom and grand-ma, for supporting his love of theatre!

DREW WITMER (Ensemble) - Drew is excited to be in his �rst stage production. In his twelve years, he’s lived in many places from Palm Springs to Portland, but loves LA best (sunshine, Rams, and Lakers!). He spends his spare time playing basketball and dominating his family’s fantasy football league.

GABIJA ZUKAUSKA (Esther Jane) - Gabija is 11 years old and loves theater, singing, music and arts! She’s performed in Les Miserables, Peter Pan, December’s Last Wish, Wil-ly Wonka, Shrek the Musical, Journey to the Northern Lights, and a Christmas Story. She thanks her parents, sisters, the director, and assistant directors for being awesome.

BARRY AGIN (Director) is thrilled to follow up directing A Christmas Carol last year by directing another holiday classic. Barry has also appeared in numerous CTG pro-ductions, including Sunshine Boys; Bullshot Crummond & his Goldie winning roles of Martin Vanderhof in last year’s You Can’t Take It With You & Edna in Hairspray to name a few. As always he is eternally grateful to his family & friends for their unconditional support & to TimBen & the Board for a�ording him the opportunity to direct this talent-ed cast & crew. And he thanks you, our patrons, for supporting live theatre in the SCV.

FELICIA TAMIKA SHEPPARD (Co-Costume Designer) - �is is Felicia third time helping actors look their best at the CTG. She has costumed A Christmas Carol and You Can’t Take It With You . Acting is my �rst love but costumes are becoming a close second. It takes a village to do costumes at the CTG so I want to thank everyone that help me. Good luck cast and crew you all look awesome. �ank God from whom all my blessing �ow and my husband and children for their constant support

KIMBYRLY M. VALIS (Asst. Director/Set Decorator) is pleased to return to for her sec-ond Christmas show at CTG. Previous directorial credits: MacBeth, A Lion in Winter, Jesus Christ Superstar, Sherlock Holmes, Biloxi Blues and Becky Shaw. AD credits: A Christmas Carol, Little Shop of Horrors, Dracula, Deathtrap, Doubt, God of Carnage and To Kill a Mockingbird.

JOHN LUCEWICH (Asst. Director) is thrilled to have the opportunity to help with the creation of a CTG mainstage Christmas show! �ree-time Goldie winner, he has been involved with over 20 productions since 2013, both on and o� the stage! He wishes to thank his parents for their support. Merry Christmas!

KERI PIERSON (Stage Manager) - �is is Keri’s second Christmas show as a stage man-ager. She would like to thank Barry, the cast and entire crew for trusting her to watch over this show. A special thank you to Keenan and Spencer for allowing her the privilege of being their mom. Another special thank you to QMK for always being there when she is needed. Break a leg everyone!

MIA ZUMSTEG (Co-Costume Designer) - Mia loves all things creative, so doing cos-tumes is one of those great outlets. She really enjoys the creative team on this show, so it made it an easy project. �ank you all for your help

JOHN ALEXOPOULOS (Set Design) is happy to be part of “A Christmas Story”. John is a member of the Board Directors of the Canyon �eatre Guild and member of the Santa Clarita Artists Association, �ank you to the cast, crew and sta� for all your hard work in bringing this show to life. A special thank you to my wife, Claudia and my family, for putting up with my messes and supporting me. �anks Barry, Kimbyrly, John, and Tim Ben for trusting us. �anks Doug for the team we are. DOUGLAS HOLIDAY(Set Design) holds a degree in mechanical engineering and has an avocation for working with wood. He’s always been interested in stage production. Doug joined the CTG in late 2006 and assisted in the construction of Romeo and Ju-liet, followed by Bye-Bye Birdie and Forever Plaid. His recent contributions to set-build and design are Les Miserables, Mary Poppins (SCRT) and most recently Guys and Dolls (CTG). “�e stage is a wonderful transient dream who’s very life is dependent upon its actors.” �anks to all the participants at the CTG for making these dreams come true.

BRIAN MALY (Lighting Design) - Brian most recently designed set and lighting for �e Drowsy Chaperone at the historic El Portal �eater in North Hollywood. He won three Goldies for his work on CTG’s last year’s production of the Drowsy Chaperone. Other CTG work includes, A Christmas Carol, Spamalot, Damn Yankees, Suessical, & Ann of Green Gables.

EDUARDO ARTEAGA (Props/Asst. Set Decorator/Sound Tech) just played Uncle Fes-ter in Addams Family and is happy to branch out at CTG and leave the stage behind to do props for this amazing show! He hopes you enjoy this show as much as he enjoyed working on it!

NICOLE ARTEAGA (Props/Asst. Set Decorator) has a home economics degree from the Masters College. She is happy to be o�cially joining the CTG family doing props. She has volunteered her time in many capacities in her husband’s last two shows, You Can’t Take It With You and Addams Family. She looks forward to a great show!

STEVEN “NANOOK” BURKHOLDER (Sound Design) graduated from Santa Barbara City College in 1996 and attended Cal Arts where, in 2000, he earned a BFA in �eater Sound Design. Since then, he has become resident Sound Designer for Santa Barbara City College �eater Group and the Repertory East Playhouse. During the day, Nanook is a sometime Substitute Teacher and is still deciding what to do when he grows up!
