Orange juice

• Sugar, Fibre, Calcium, Vitamin c

• Calcium can help your teeth and bones. Vitamin c can fight off colds. Fibre helps your body digest food and get rid of waste. Sugar can give short bursts of energy but to much can get you overweight

MORNING TEA

• Apple, watermelon, laming ton, orange and carrot.

• Sugar and carbohydrates, vitamin c and fibre.

• Sugar gives short bursts of energy but can make you fat. Vitamin c keeps you healthy and helps fight off colds.

LUNCH

• Rice with carrot soy sauce, tuna and flat breed.

• Fibre, carbohydrates, and protean.

• Protein helps your muscles grow big and can help your teeth. Fibre helps your body digest food and get rid of waste.

AFTERNOON TEA

• Hot chocolate and a cookie.

• Calcium and sugar.

• Sugar can give you a short burst of energy. Calcium is good for your bones and teeth.

• Tofu, broccoli, cabbage and rice.

• Protein, calcium, vitamin c, carbohydrates and iron.

• Iron helps transport oxygen and gives you energy. Carbohydrates gives you energy that can last a long time.
