Director of Technical Services – Information Technology August 2007- May 2009 Directed an organization consisting of the UNIX /Storage Technology and Data Center Operations teams with staff located in Massachusetts and Tennessee. Technologies supported include HP-UX, Solaris, HP XP Disk Arrays and Oracle Application Server running at three data center facilities in the Boston and Nashville areas. The organization is built around ITIL best practices. Other responsibilities include budget management, vendor management, service level management and implementing team synergies between two UNIX organizations.
