The JEMLINE 3200 tensioner is a premiumheavy duty product for the highestperformance tensioning of all non-metallicstrapping, both polyester and polypropylene.The innovative gripping mechanism holdsand releases strapping with a vertical motionproviding increased holding power andreduced wear. The heavy duty cutter reducesforce required and extends cutter life. Apatented windlass return mechanism makesstrap loading a breeze. The PSH 21 tensioner is our best sellingtensioner for polypropylene strapping. This is aneconomical product of good quality.9mm - 19mm.

JEMLINE 4416 Combination tool for HR nylon,Polypropylene and PET straps. No adjustment isrequired. 5/8” only (16mm) .020-0.040. Must use5/8” serrated seals.

The JEMLINE 3300 sealer is designed to workwith and enhance the application of theJEMLINE 3200 tensioner. Staggered jaws allowthe tool to be symmetrical, eliminating theneed for special tool orientation when sealing.Unique jaw design requires less clearancebetween the seal and the surface of thepackage. Jaws and anvils are made of highestquality heat treated steel designed for use withORP2300 or equivalent seal for HR nylon,polyester or Polypropylene strapping. Availablein 5/8” only. Available Finishes

Black PaintedPainted strapping typically available in black orgrey, other colours are available. Hard baked onpaint on both sides along with a wax coating.

Pro Zinc Gold & Pro Zinc SilverThese products have superior anti-corrosiveproperties as compared to black paint and zincepoxy coated strapping. With the specialmanufacturing process of these products there isno zinc/paint residue to clog up feedwheel tools.Superior corrosion resistant products that can beused in most strapping applications.

UnpaintedA product for many general applications. This is aspecial product for use where paint is not desired.Unpainted strap is an economical alternative thatoffers similar characteristics as painted strap withless cost. In some cases unpainted strapping willoutperform painted strapping.

PackagingOscillated wound steel strapping coils areshrouded. Skids are normally wrapped withcardboard for protection in transit.

The FH54 is our most popularconventional feedwheel tensioner forflat products. It is well priced and offersexcellent value to both light andmedium duty users. It handlesstrapping widths to 3/4” (19mm) andup to 0.023” (0.58mm) thickness.

The TF625 is a high quality feedwheeltensioner for flat products. It is a veryversatile tool and allows unlimitedtake-up when fed directly from the coil.It handles widths up to 3/4” (19mm)and up to 0.020” (0.51mm) thickness.
