behalf of Nintendo (D. Md. 2012)

Won a jury finding of obviousness of all asserted claims of a commercial speaker patent for

Audio Products International (2003).

Won a jury finding of infringement in a competitor case, with the jury awarding 150% of the

requested damages, on behalf of Acres Gaming, Inc. (2001).

Won summary judgments of non-infringement on behalf of Nintendo in cases brought by non-

practicing entities Fenner Investments (E.D. Tex., 2009), IA Labs (D. Md. 2012) and
