To complete this activity you will need access to a computer. A printer will also be valuable, but if you don’t have one you can still complete the lesson.

In  this  lesson  you  will  use  the  attached  pictures  of  “Jerry”  to  review  your  knowledge  of  the  skeletal  system.    Below  are  pictures  of  Jerry  with  many  of  his  bones  labeled.  It  may  be  beneficial  to  print  him  out,  but  if  you  don’t  have  a  printer  you  can  still  complete  the  assignment  in  less  than  1  hour.

Assignment:

Following  the  steps  below,  please  complete  this  review  of  Jerry      

1) Look  at  the  pictures  of  Jerry  on  the  next  two  pages  of  this  document.  2) You  will  see  that  the  bones  are  numbered  and  you  will  want  to  print  off  a  

copy  if  you  can.  3) Open  this  Google  Form:

4) On  the  Google  Form,  there  are  21  questions.  Each  question  is  about  a  bone  pictured  on  Jerry.  

5) Use  the  pull  down  menu  to  select  the  appropriate  answer  to  each  question.  6) Make  sure  you  hit  “submit”  when  you  have  completed  the  last  question
