Jesse Meaux Joined Trifecta as an Administrative Assistant

Jesse Meaux is a Project Coordinator at Trifecta Multimedia / Multimedical where he assists his Project Manager in the daily operations.

He attends all the meetings with internal and external clients and processes end-users for Help desk and Data team.

He joined this company as an Administrative Assistant. He was assigned the duty of testing the Safety Vigilance validation plan, answering phones, running errands and organizing incoming and outgoing mail and FedEx shipments.

Later, he was promoted as a Manager of Office Operations in 2014. This resulted in revising his responsibilities to organizing all office functions, making all supply purchases, processing all incoming invoices and providing quality assurance for post production deliverables.

He holds a bachelor degree in Political Science from the University of California in Santa Barabara.

Besides this, he possesses technical knowledge of operating system including Windows 95/98/NT/2000/XP.

After completing his studies in 2011, Jesse Meaux joined UC Santa Barbara Athletic Department as an Intern.

Here, he collaborated expense reports for the 20 Division I teams at UC Santa Barbara, and was also responsible for developing relationships with well known brands like, Nike, Wilson, DeMarini, and local equipment providers.

In 2012, he joined UC Santa Barbara Athletic Department (Santa Barbara, CA) as a Research Assistant.

Here he was responsible for contacting and surveying political donors for an academic journal and maintaining survey data for research projects.

From 2011-2013, he played for the Colorado Rockies as a professional minor league player for 3 seasons.

Jesse Meaux worked as a Server Assistant at El Chorro Restaurant in Scottsdale, AZ.

In this restaurant, his role was to manage good relations with the guests, and reply to the questions about the menu and beverage items.
