BreakfastCheesy Eggs

Ingredients:

2 EggsMilk 1 slice American cheese

Directions:

1. Crack eggs into small mixing bowl. Whisk. Add a little milk. 2. Cover with plastic wrap.3. Microwave until fluffy.4. Add cheese on top. Cover with plastic wrap for a few minutes. Cheese will melt.

*My little ones eat this every Thursday. They love Cheesy Eggs!

Strata

Ingredients:

2 lbs. sausage links, browned10 slices white bread, crust trimmed and cubed lb. cheddar cheese7 eggs, beaten2 cups milk1 can cream of mushroom soup

Directions:

1. Mix together eggs, milk and mushroom soup in a mixing bowl. 2. In a rectangle baking dish, put bread cubes on bottom.3. Arrange sausage in rows on top.4. Spread cheese on and pour egg mixture over. 5. Cover with aluminum foil.6. Set several hours or overnight.7. Bake at 320 degrees for 1 hours.

AppetizersDeckers Fresh Salsa

Ingredients:

1 Red pepper1 Yellow pepper4-5 Tomatoes6 Cloves garlic1 Large onion (red)6-8 Radishes - diced fine jalapeo pepper (seeded deveined)-Do not rub eyes or face when cutting pepper!1 Bunch cilantro (cut fine) Lime

Directions:

1. Chop ingredients in cubes.2. Squeeze lime over.3. Salt and pepper to taste. 4. Chill before serving.

Taco Pizza

Ingredients:

1 container sour cream1 package cream cheese (8 ounces)1 package Taco seasoning

Directions:

1. Mix ingredients and spread into a flat round pizza pan. Let set overnight.2. Next, sprinkle chopped lettuce, shredded cheddar cheese, chopped tomatoes, scallions and black sliced olives.3. Serve with nacho chips.

Tomato Bruschetta

Ingredients:

1 can diced tomatoesOlive oilItalian Seasoning

Directions:

1. Rinse and drain tomatoes. 2. Add olive oil and Italian seasoning.3. Mix tomatoes and olive oil.4. Serve with garlic bread, Italian bread or crackers.

Hot Spinach & Artichoke Dip

Ingredients:

1 package (10 oz.) frozen chopped spinach, thawed and squeezed dry1 package (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened3/4 cup Mayonnaise1-1/2 cups shredded Monterey Jack, Cheddar or Swiss cheese (about 6 oz.)1 package Knorr Vegetable recipe mix1 can (14 oz.) artichoke hearts drained & chopped1 can (8 oz.) water chestnuts, drained and chopped2 cloves garlic, finely chopped

Directions:

1. Preheat oven to 350. 2. Combine all ingredients except 1/2 cup of cheddar cheese. Spoon into a 2-quart casserole. 3. Top with remaining 1/2 cup of cheese.4. Bake for 35 minutes or until dip is hot.

Dip, dip hooray!

Spinach Dip

Ingredients:

1 package (10 oz.) frozen chopped spinach, cooked, cooled and squeezed dry1 container (16 oz.) sour cream1 cup Hellmann's or Best Foods Real Mayonnaise1 package Knorr Vegetable recipe mix1 can (8 oz.) water chestnuts, drained and chopped (optional)3 green onions, chopped (optional)

Directions:

1. Combine all ingredients. 2. Chill about 2 hours.3. Serve with your favorite dippers to your favorite people.

Smuckers Pepper Relish Dip

Ingredients:

1 jar Dickinsons Pepper Relish1 (8 oz.) package of cream cheese, softened

Directions:

1. In a medium bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth. 2. Gradually mix in relish.3. Spoon into a decorative bowl. 4. Chill for at least 1 hour. 5. Serve with crackers.

Aunt Vickys Cracker Spread

Ingredients:

2 pkgs. of Budding Beef ChoppedScallions / green Onions2 pkgs. of cream cheese1 Tablespoon - Accent seasoning1 Tablespoon - Worcestershire sauce

Directions:

1. Combine cream cheese, Accent and Worcestershire.2. Mix until putty like consistency.3. Form into small ball.4. Roll outside in beef until covered.5. Chill before serving.6. Serve with crackers.

Nacho Dip(Aunt Vickys)

Ingredients:

1 lbs. sausage (spicy hot)1 lbs. hamburger2 sm. 8oz Velveeta (Mexican)1 jar of salsa1 can cream of mushroom

Directions:

1. Brown sausage and Hamburger together in a skillet.2. Drain grease.3. Chunk up Velveeta cheese.4. Combine all in crock pot. 5. Stir until all cheese melted.

Lindas Little Dogs

Ingredients:

1 bag little hot dogsI small jar currant jelly (can also use raspberry, cherry, grape)

Directions:

1. Pour jelly in a crock pot cook on low.2. Cook hot dogs in water.3. Drain4. Add hotdogs to heated jelly in crock pot. 5. Mix and serve.

Veggies Squares

Ingredients:

2 cans crescent rolls8 oz. pkg. cream cheeseI cup mayonnaise1 pkg. Hidden Valley Ranch Dressing2 medium onions1 small head cauliflower chopped2 peppers (any color) chopped fine2 medium tomatoes chopped1 cups grated cheddar cheese

Directions:

1. Unroll dough and place on a greased & floured cookie sheet. 2. Pinch dough pieces together to form a seamless sheet covering the entire cookie pan. 3. Bake according to directions on can. Cool4. Combine cream cheese, mayo, and salad dressing. Spread over cooled crust. 5. Top with layers of onion, cauliflower, peppers and tomato. Sprinkle cheese. 6. Cut into squares to serve.

SoupsThe Barn Noodle Broccoli Cheese Soup

Ingredients:

2 Tablespoon butter cup chopped onion1 clove garlic (1 section)6 cups chicken broth1 bag Kluski noodles 2 bags frozen broccoli florets 1 lbs. - pound American Cheese or Velveeta

Directions:

1. In large pot heat butter, onion & garlic saut over medium heat 3 minutes. 2. Add chicken broth-bring mixture to a boil. 3. Add noodles. Cook until tender.4. Stir in broccoli when noodles are done. 5. When broccoli is tender turn down heat to low! 6. Add milk and cheese, continue stirring on low heat.

**Do not turn stove setting past 4-5 - you will curdle the milk. ****Trust me it comes from years of experience! **

Aunt Beckys Potato Soup(from Four Ts Restaurant, a place we would eat at when we were on vacation as kids)

Ingredients:

1 Tablespoons flour 2 Tablespoons onion1 Tablespoon shredded carrots2 Tablespoon butter1 teaspoon salt teaspoon celery seasoning1/8 teaspoon pepper2 cups hot milk (heat up in sauce pan over low heat)

Directions:

1. Heat in skillet over low heatflour, onion, carrots, and butter2. Add in salt, celery seasoning, pepper and hot milk.3. Mix in 1 cup mashed potato (instant works great!)4. Add 4 slices of American cheese.5. Simmer for 30-40 minutes.

*cubes of potatoes can also be added*

Grandmas Chicken Soup

Ingredients:

2-3 boneless, skinless chicken breastsSeasoning packet and flavor nugget from Mrs. Grass Noodle SoupDash of pepper1 pkg. Orzo noodles

Directions:

1. Rinse chicken cut into pieces. Place into soup pot.2. Add 8 cups water bring to boil.3. Add seasoning packet and flavor nugget.4. Simmer for 1 hour.5. Add 1/3 box of Orzo noodles follow cooking instructions.

If needed dilute with chicken broth or chicken bouillon cubes and water.

Grandmas Cabbage Rolls

Ingredients:

1 head cabbage1 egg1 teaspoon salt1 dash pepper1 cup instant rice (white or brown)2 lbs. ground chuck1 can tomato soup

Directions:

1. Wash cabbage, core cabbage and separate leaves.2. Place leaves in kettle full of water on stove.3. Bring to boil and cook for 1 hour.4. Remove leaves as they soften and cool (dont get burnt). Save water for later!

5. Combine rice, salt, pepper and ground chuck in a large bowl and mix thoroughly.6. Roll meat into leaves and place in roaster pan.7. Dilute tomato soup with cabbage water and pour over cabbage rolls.8. Cover roaster and bake for 1 hours.

SaladsCreamy Shells & Veggie Salad

Ingredients:

1 bag Italian Blend Veggies-steam bag (broccoli, cauliflower, and carrots)1 box pasta (radiator is the one we use back home) cup Italian salad dressing cup mayonnaise teaspoon garlic salt1 teaspoon Italian seasoning cup grated parmesan cheese

Directions:

1. Cook pasta according to box. 2. Heat veggies in microwave according to bag. 3. Put in a large zip lock bag (gallon size).4. In a small bowl, mix Italian dressing, mayo, garlic salt, seasoning in a small bowl. 5. Add mixture to zip lock bag. Mix well.6. Add cheese.

Enjoy! Great with chicken!7.

Aunt Beckys Un- Broccoli Slaw

Ingredients:

2 bags broccoli slaw (12 oz. each) *We use bags of coleslaw (cabbage) instead of broccoli2 pks. Ramon noodle (chicken) cup salted sunflower seeds slivered almonds1 bunch of scallions (optional) cup oil (canola, veg, light olive-dont use straight olive oil, mix with another type of oil)2 tablespoons white vinegar2 chicken packets from Ramon noodle soup

Directions:

1. Mix all ingredients together.

*Best if chilled over night.**The second day it tastes even better!*

Creamy Red Potato Salad

Ingredients:

cup mayonnaise cup Italian dressing1 teaspoon dill weed1/8 teaspoon pepper3 pounds red skin potatoes (cut into large chunks and add to boiling water cook until potato is soft-when you can poke a fork through it or taste one) cup chopped red onion

Directions:

1. In large salad bowl, thoroughly combine all ingredients except potatoes. 2. Pour over potatoes and mix.3. Mix in cup chopped red onion.4. Cover and chill.

Mostaccioli Salad(Recipe from Michele Fowkes)

Ingredients:

1 box Mostaccioli noodles (1 lb.)1 onion, cut onion in half, sliced thin1 green pepper, sliced thin cup white sugar cup white vinegar cup oil1 teaspoon salt teaspoon pepper

Directions:

1. Cook noodles according to package. 2. Mix remaining ingredients.3. Add drained noodles. 4. Store in air tight container (1 gallon zip lock bag-works great) Marinate for at least 12 hours. 5. Shake container/bag every couple of hours to mix.

*You can add black olives or shredded mozzarella cheese*

Quick Fruit Salad(My Aunt Violet gave me this recipe after we had it at Aunt Sandys wedding shower)

Ingredients:

1 (15 oz.) can chunk pineapple w/juice2 cans Lite chunk mixed fruit-drained1 small pkg. vanilla instant pudding1 can mandarin orange slices drained (optional)

Directions:

1. Mix ingredients together. 1. Let set and cool in refrigerator until served. (Pudding makes a syrupy sauce over the fruit).

Chickpea Salad

Ingredients:

1 can garbanzo beans rinsed and drained3 cups wedge chopped tomatoes (4 med.)1 cucumber chopped cup sliced sweet/red onion4 Tablespoons olive oil3 Tablespoons red wine vinegar (Balsamic)1 teaspoon salt1-3 cloves of garlic (chopped)

Directions:

1. Mix all ingredients together in a gallon bag.2. Add parmesan cheese.3. Eat over lettuce or add a chicken breast.

Cucumber Salad

Ingredients:

Cucumbers (peeled and sliced thin)SaltWhite vinegarPepper

Directions:

1. Put sliced cucumbers in a large bowl. Salt cucumbers and let marinate for hour or longer (until cucumbers wilt). 2. Squeeze out and drain. 3. Mix 1/3 cup-1/2 cup white vinegar with 1/2 cup water. 4. Pour over cucumbers add pepper to taste.

*You can add sliced onions or green peppers to cucumbers.

Apple Dot Slaw

Ingredients:

3 cups shredded cabbage (bagged coleslaw)1 cup chopped apple - teaspoon celery seed

Dressing:1 Tablespoon sugar teaspoon salt3 Tablespoons cider vinegar1 Tablespoon oil

Directions:

1. Take a medium bowl and combine together all the slaw ingredients.2. Take a small bowl and mix together all the dressing ingredients. Blend nicely.3. Pour the dressing over slaw and toss nicely. 4. Refrigerate before serving, if desired.

Grandmas Pasta Salad

Ingredients:

1 box pasta (any type)Italian salad dressingMisc. Veggies (peppers, onion, black & green olives, broccoli, cauliflower, and carrots, celery, Cucumbers)Tomatoes (Optional)Cheese to suit (Optional)

Directions:

1. Make pasta according to box. 2. Add Italian salad dressing, fresh veggies and cheese. 3. Serve with cooked chicken breast.

SandwichesDads Famous Peanut Butter Sandwich

Ingredients:

2 slices of bread (buns, rolls, even butt ends will do!)Peanut butter-JIFAmerican cheese

Directions:

1. Spread peanut butter on both slices of bread. Make sure its good and thick (about 1). 2. Add a slice of cheese.

Enjoy with a glass of milk.

Columbus Sandwich

Ingredients:

MushroomsGreen, red & yellow peppersOnionsCheeseBun

Directions:

1. Saut in a skillet, 1 teaspoon oil and sliced veggies. Do not add mushrooms until the rest of veggies are semi-soft. 2. Next add cheese over top (any type will do). 3. You can also add chicken strips or a steak-um. I add shredded lettuce.4. Put on a bun and serve with pickle and potato chips.

Josephs Italian Sub

Ingredients:

SalamiSandwich PepperoniHot/Spicy Capricola Mozzarella CheeseSub bunItalian Dressing

Directions:

1. Layer meats on bottom half of sub bun.2. Add cheese on top.3. Place sandwich on cookie sheet Broil on high until slightly brown.4. Add Italian dressing and lettuce.5. Serve hot.

*Do not walk away from the stove when you have the broiler on. Also, make sure oven door is partially open.

*BE CAREFUL!!!! Cookie sheet gets extremely hot. Sandwich will only take a few minutes to broil.

Aunt Vickys Chicken Salad

Ingredients:

1 can white meat chicken (drained)Miracle whipRanch DressingLemon Juice

Directions:

1. Mix chicken, Miracle whip and ranch in large bowl - Adding ranch / Miracle whip to taste.2. Add a splash of lemon juice (optional)

SidesHard Rock Caf Mac & Cheese

Ingredients:

2 cups uncooked pasta1/3 cup milk4 ounces Velveeta cup shredded cheddar cup Monterey Jack (co-jack)1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper1/8 black pepper cup jar red pepper (rinsed and diced)2 teaspoons bread crumbs (Italian)2 teaspoons parmesan cheese

Directions:

1. Cook pasta according to box-drain.2. Combine milk, cheese, cayenne pepper & pepper in saucepan over low heat until cheese is melted and sauce smooth. (10 mins.) 3. Add pasta and red pepper, coat pasta. 4. Mix breadcrumbs and parmesan cheese over top.

*I usually warm in oven. (cover w/foil)

Grandmas Noodles

Ingredients:

1 bag Kluski Noodles1 box Mrs. Weiss (golden egg, packet & noodles)1 Mrs. Grass soup (packet)12 cups water

Directions:

1. Add Mrs. Weiss soup mix, Mrs. Grass packet, 12 cups water to pot and bring to a boil. 2. Add bag of Kluski noodles to boiling water and cook as directed on package. 3. Put noodles in a crock pot to thicken.1. If noodles are too thick, dilute with chicken broth.

Aunt Sandys Hash Brown Casserole(The one we had on Fathers Day)

Ingredients:

1 bag shredded hash browns1 can cream of chicken (or mushroom)8 oz. sour cream8 oz. shredded cheddar cheese

Directions:

1. Mix all ingredients and put in casserole dish.2. Optional-Crush up potato chips and add on top. 3. Sprinkle cup butter over chips.4. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.

Bean Quartet(Aunt Becky usually makes this)

Ingredients:

2 cups chopped onion12 slices bacon2-16 ounce cans garbanzo beans drained1-16 ounce can lima beans drained1-16 ounce can pork & beans drained1-15 ounce can red kidney beans drained1 cup packed brown sugar1 cut catsup cup vinegar

Directions:

1. In skillet cook bacon until crisp-drain grease and chop.2. In a large casserole bowl combine all ingredients.3. Bake, covered in a 375 degree oven for 1 hour. Uncover and bake about 10 minutes more or until thickened.

Tomato Ma-chunk-a

Ingredients:

1 cup rice2 cups waterTomatoesPeppers (Green, Red and Yellow)Onions

Directions:

1. Cook rice and water. 2. Bring to a boil, cover with lid, cook for 20 minutes.3. In a separate skillet cook tomatoes.4. Pour veggie mixture over rice.

Delicious!

Green Bean Casserole

Ingredients:

2 pkgs. 9oz. frozen cur green beans, thawed and drained or 2 cans 16oz cut green beans drained cup of milk1 can 10 oz cream of mushroom soup1/8 teaspoon black pepper1 can 2.8oz Durkee French Fried Onions

Directions

1. Mix together in a medium bowl beans, soup, pepper and can Durkee onions.2. Pour into 1 quart backing dish. 3. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.4. Top with remaining onions and bake uncovered for 5 minutes until golden brown.

Sandys Baked Beans

Ingredients:

2 cans baked beans drained (Original Bush) small can tomato paste brown sugar green pepper chunked small onion chunked

Directions:

1. Combine all ingredients in a baking dish.2. Cover with foil and bake for 45 min at 350 degrees.3. Uncover and bake for another 15 min.

ENJOY!!!!

Main DishMoms Comfort Food(Mushroom Soup & Rice)

Ingredients:

1 can cream of mushroom soup (Campbells Soup)1 cup white rice2 cups waterSlice of buttered toast

Directions:

1. Mix rice and water into a saucepan with a lid and boil on stovetop until water is gone. (around 20 minutes) 2. Stir in can of mushroom soup. 3. Heat thoroughly.4. Serve over a slice of butter toast. Its the best!

ENJOY!!!!!

Aunt Lindas Chicken & Rice

Ingredients:

1 can cream of mushroom1 pk. Lipton onion soup mix1 cup rice1 can water 4 chicken breasts

Directions:

1. Grease roaster.2. Pour rice in the bottom.3. Add chicken.4. Mix together- water, mushroom soup and Lipton onion package. Pour over top of chicken.5. Bake 400 degrees for 20 minutes then 300 degrees for 1 hour.

Easy Chicken & Cheese Enchiladas

Ingredients:

1 can cream of chicken soup cup sour cream1 cup Pace Picante Sauce2 teaspoons chili powder (Make sure its teaspoons not tablespoons)2 cups chopped cooked chicken cup Monterey Jack cheese (any)6 flour tortillas (6)

Directions:

1. Heat oven to 350 degrees. 2. Stir soup, sour cream, picante sauce and chill powder in medium bowl. 3. Stir 1 cup soup mixture, chicken and cheese in a large bowl.4. Divide chicken mixture, among tortillas. Roll and place seam side down in baking dish. 5. Pour remaining soup mixture on top of tortillas. 6. Cover baking dish. Bake 40 minutes.

Travis Easy Quesadillas

Ingredients:

Tortilla shellCheddar CheesOnion (Optional)Green Peppers (Optional)

Directions:

1. Lay tortilla flat on microwaveable plate.2. Add cheese.3. Fold in half and heat in microwave.4. Serve with nacho chips and salsa.

*Add thinly sliced onions and peppers (green, red or yellow)

Cheesy Tuna Casserole

Ingredients:

1 box macaroni cheese1 can tuna drained 1 can cream of mushroom soup1 can of peas cup margarine cup milk2 cups grated cheddar cheese

Directions:

1. Make macaroni & cheese according to box instructions using milk and butter.2. Stir in mushroom soup, and peas while cooking over medium heat.3. Pour mixture into casserole dish and top with cheddar cheese.4. Bake for 15 min at 350 degrees.

Easy Meatloaf

Ingredients:

1 pkg. Lipton Onion Soup2 lbs. ground beef2 eggs cup margarine2/3 cup Ketchup cup dry bread crumbs or crackers

Directions:

1. Mix all ingredients In a large bowl.2. Shape into a loaf or place into a loaf pan.3. Cover and bake for 1 hour at 350 degrees.

Grandmas Creamed Turkey

Ingredients:

2 cups cut up cooked chicken or turkey1 can mushroom soup 1 can cream of chicken soup1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce

Directions:

1. Dilute mushroom soup with can water.2. Dilute cream of chicken soup with can water.3. Heat soups in the same skillet until hot.4. Add chicken/turkey.5. Add in Worcestershire sauce. 6. Stir until thoroughly heated.

Serve over toast, rice or biscuits

PastaGrandmas Lasagna

Ingredients:

1 box lasagna noodles - cook as directed al dente.Cottage CheeseSpaghetti Sauce (Ragu)Cheese (Provolone and Mozzarella)

Directions:

1. Cover bottom of pan with sauce.2. Add a layer of noodles. 3. Add a little sauce with cottage cheese and cheese. 4. Add thin layer of sauce.5. Repeat steps 2 4 until pan is full.6. Top off top layer with sauce and cheese. 7. Cover with foil and bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes- 1 hour. Until thoroughly heated all the way through. 8. Let cool for 15 min before serving.

You can use any type of cheese. It always turns out delicious!

Moms Quick Pasta

Ingredients:

1 box pasta-cook as directed onions3 cloves garlic red peppers

Directions:

1. In a skillet saut veggies and garlic in cup light extra virgin olive oil2. Add 1 cup chicken broth to pasta 3. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese. 4. Mix thoroughly and ENJOY!

Penne Rigate Chicken

Ingredients:

1 box penne pasta2-3 Tablespoons olive oil1 each - yellow pepper, onion & clove garlic1 jar spaghetti sauce3 cooked boneless chicken breast1 Tablespoon Italian seasoning

Directions:

1. Cook pasta according to box. 2. Saut pepper, onion, garlic in oil until tender. 3. Stir in sauce, chicken and seasoning. 4. Serve over pasta.

Bucca Di Beppos Baked Pasta

Ingredients:

1 box pasta (we usually use Rigatoni) jar Ragu Spaghetti Sauce jar Alfredo SauceShredded Mozzarella CheeseParmesan CheeseBread Crumbs

Directions:

1. Cook pasta according to directions on the box. (Al dente) 2. Drain and put in a large baking dish.3. Pour spaghetti and Alfredo sauce over pasta and stir. (It should look like creamy tomato soup-light reddish color)4. Stir in shredded mozzarella cheese.5. Mix bread crumbs and parmesan cheese and sprinkle on top. 6. Bake in oven at 320 degrees for hour to 45 minutes. Until thoroughly cooked.

Ingredients:

Crock Pot BBQ Pork/Beef

Ingredients:

Pork/Beef RoastLawrys seasoning bottle BBQ sauce (Baby Rays)1 can Pepsi

Directions:

1. Put pork/beef roast in crock pot. 2. Cover in Lawrys seasoning salt. 3. Add Pepsi and BBQ sauce. 4. Cook on high 8-10 hours. Until meat falls apart.5. Separate and shred with forks. 6. Serve on hamburger buns.

Crock Pot Baked Potato Soup

Ingredients:

5 pounds russet potatoes washed but NOT peeled. 1 medium/large yellow onion10 cloves of garlic, minced (if you use jarred, it's a 5 teaspoon equivalent) 64 ounces (8 cups) chicken stock or broth16 oz. cream cheese, softened (I use low fat)1 tablespoon seasoned salt (I use Aunt Cora's Soulful Seasoning)Optional garnishes: crumbled bacon, shredded cheese, green onions

Directions:

1. Dice potatoes into 1/2 inch cubes2. Dice Onion3. Add potatoes, onion, garlic, seasoning, and chicken stock to slow cooker.4. Cook on high for 6 hours or low for 10 hours.5. Add the softened cream cheese and puree soup with an immersion blender until the cheese is incorporated and about half the soup is blended. (Alternately you could remove half the soup and the cream cheese to an upright blender, then re-incorporate).

Stir well, top with your choice of garnishes & enjoy!Crockpot Sauerkraut

Directions:

1. Add all ingredients into crockpot as listed.2. Cook in high 5-6 hours or 10-12 hours low.

Top with sour cream and shredded cheddar cheese

Ingredients:

1 cup chocolate chips cup peanut butter9 cups Chex cereal1 cups powdered sugar

1. Melt chocolate chips. 2. Mix in peanut butter.3. Pour over Chex cereal.4. In a clean brown grocery sack put powdered sugar in bag. Mix in Chex cereal mixture and shake. You might want to double the brown bags so you wont be left with such a mess!

Ingredients:

3 (15 cups) quarts popped corn (plain)1 cup brown sugar cup margarine cup light corn syrup teaspoon salt teaspoon backing soda

1. Preheat oven to 200 degrees.2. Divide popcorn unto 2 13x9x2 inch pans.3. In sauce pan heat margarine, syrup and salt stir constantly until mixture bubbles around edges.4. Continue cooking on low heat for 5 minutes.5. Remove from heat stir in baking soda until foamy.6. Stir on popcorn and mix until popcorn is well coated.7. Bake in oven 1 hour, stirring every 15 minutes.

No-Bake Cookies

Ingredients:

2 cups sugar cup milk1 stick butter3 tablespoons cocoa1 teaspoon vanilla2 tablespoons peanut butter3 cups quick oatmeal
