    VISION

    MISSION

    VALUES

    To provide economic independence to

10 million people in India and overseas.

To become a world-class engine for employment

generation through an efficient partnership network.

    Quality. Trust. Self-motivation. Innovation. Hands-on.

    Learning & Teaching. Equanimity.

  • Dear Student,

We welcome you to our Jetking Learning Center. We at Jetking, strive to offer you a better life -

at our institution and thereafter. Which is why, we lay high important on providing you with better

courses, infrastructure and quality education in the field of Information Technology and

Infrastructure Management Services. We see Jetking as not just an I.T institution, but a way of life.

Today, as we all stand witness to the I.T revolution, weve seen and experienced the inevitable role

of computers, in the personal and professional lives of human beings. With a push of a button,

people are executing big ideas, enjoying shopping without getting mob-cramped, seeking

entertainment and recreation, meeting strangers without traveling, and above all, connecting with

their loved-ones regardless of how far they are placed. Today its easy to marvel at how far we've

come. Our phones talk to our TVs to record our favourite shows. Doctors in India diagnose patients

in Denmark. Social networks help companies improve customer service.

Industries, economies and nations are running on this gigantic network. Eventually, trees will talk to

networks and networks will talk to scientists about climate change. Traffic lights will talk to cars and

cars will talk to road sensors about increasing traffic efficiency. Ambulances will talk to patients'

records and they will further talk to doctors about saving lives. It's a phenomenon we call the

internet of everything - an unprecedented opportunity for today's business. And it is this need that

is generating the requirement for more and more I.T engineers every day.

We would like to reassure you, as to why choosing Computer Hardware and Networking from

Jetking is the right choice to seek a better life.

46 % of students in India feel, their higher education studies does not improve their employment

opportunities. 39 % of employers say, a skills shortage is leading to entry-level vacancies.

By these facts, I would like to stress on the importance of employability and skills development

before you join your respective industry. By coming to Jetking, you have chosen the best for

    Computer Hardware and Networking.

I once again welcome you aboard this journey, and wish you a better life and a great future ahead.

    All the best!

    about your

    family background

    What made you

    consider Jetking for

    Hardware & Networking?

    What will happen

    if you

    dont get a job?

    How will it affect

    your dreams of

    supporting your family?

    What will happen

    if the problems you

    have stated get solved?

    Do you think you

    will have a good life

Somebody has succinctly described, success as hierarchy of needs which are Universal and easy

to understand, where are you are and where you need to reach.

Only by action is the work possible, not by mere thinking. Like a deer would not walk into the mouth of a sleeping lion.

What is Success? Why do you need a Goal?

Hi. Im Jetking, and I am your career guidance coach. I have 66 years of experience in guiding students

like you towards making the right career decisions, thus helping them secure a successful job.

S = Specific Clearly state the desired outcome.

M = Measurable Provide a numerical target that clearly defines, what results are necessary to achieve

    the goals.

A = Attainable Goals must be realistic or people will become disengaged.

R = Realistic The goal should be realistic and achievable, within the time youve set.

T = Trackable Goals should be tracked continuously, to find out where you have reached,

what percentage has been accomplished, how much has to be accomplished, and so on.

1st year goal: Study daily for at least 2 hours; make notes; ask questions in class; do assignment; make the

    mind map of each session.

2nd year goal: Work with a small or medium size company; master technology, repair and maintenance.

3rd year goal: Shift gears. Try to find a job in a technology company, where part of your job is Sales - selling

computers or computer parts. If you are a graduate, join an MBA Distance Education Programme.

4th year goal: Join a company that will give some Financial Account/Cost Accounting ideas. It is not very

difficult to get into a company which provides accounts-related challenges.

5th Year goal: Start your own business or work at a senior position.

Starting your own Computer and Networking maintenance store

    Examples of tracking your goal:

Hi, Im Jetking, and I am your career guidance coach. I have 65 years of experience in guiding

students like you, towards making the right career decisions, thus helping them secure a successful job.

Smart pluslabSmartLab Plus training methodology is a fun way

    Interview Skills

All these methodes help stimulate your right brain to

bring out a New You and learn better in the classroom.

    THE FOUNDATION OF PERFECTION

One of the critical studies that influenced the

development of the SmartLab Plus methodology was

the research carried out in 1880 by Hermann

Ebinghaus. He proved that if people are exposed to

an idea once, then after 30 days they retain less than

    10% of the content.

A hundred years later, Albert Mehrabian found that

students exposed to an idea six times, with regular

interval reinforcement through a period of 30 days,

retain more than 90% of the content taught. Internal

reinforcement is a technique wherein an idea

presented once is reviewed perhaps 10 minutes later,

an hour later, a day later, 3 days later, a week later,

and so on. Basically, a method wherein topics are

reviewed at regular intervals. At Jetking, we present

the theory/concept and then review it at regular

intervals via practicals, quizzes, triads, e-learning,

mind maps, window panes, student presentations and

brainstorming sessions, to name a few.

Exposed to idea six timesAfter 30 days > 90% retention

Exposed to idea one timesAfter 30 days < 10% retention

    LEARN TO RELAX WITH YOGA

Yoga forms an integral part of the Jetking method of teaching. It helps students learn the advantages of

using Asanas to fight stress and improve concentration. When tension goes down, retention goes up.

    PARVATASAN:

    This Asana increases blood

    circulation within the vertebral

    column thereby improving the

    nervous function to maintain the

    balance between mind and body.

Can be done sitting or standing.

    SUKHASANA:

    This Asana helps students be

    better prepared. It helps

them relax and get into a

    proper frame of mind before

    beginning any activity.

    YONI MUDRA:

    This Asana enables students to

get a better control on their 5

    senses, i.e., hearing, seeing,

    touching, tasting, and smelling in

order to help students train their

    minds to focus and concentrate

on a particular object or subject.
