JETSTRONGStrength and Conditioning
▪ JETSTRONG Strength and
Conditioning is offered for all current
JET Volleyball athletes.
▪ Monthly sessions are twice a week.
▪ Monthly cost is $80.00.
▪ There will be no pro-rating for any
missed training sessions.
▪ If your athlete will miss a session,
please notify trainer contacts at least
one hour before your scheduled time.
▪ All payments for the current month
must be paid at the time of
registration online.
▪ Current dates and times available for
each week:
▪ Monday 6-7 p.m.
▪ Thursday 6-7 p.m.
▪ Each session will include 1-2 trainers
and will max out at 18 athletes.
▪ Training session will take place at
NetPlex for July and August.
ABOUT JETSTRONG MEET THE JETSTRONG
TRAINERS
My interests in physical fitness began early on in
my career. In 2000, I began training personal clients
through a Personal Certification course at Amarillo
College. During this time it was clear that I had found
my passion.
In 2015 I completed all training certification
courses to become certified through NASM. Since
then I have trained at multiple gyms in Amarillo
including; Amarillo Town Club, Zach’s Club, Real
Results Fitness and Tascosa Country Club. I have
trained clients through boot camp programs to basic
health and wellness work-outs. My workouts
included everything from yoga, to MMA style drills,
and “cave man” style of workout. My clients have
ranged from 12 to 70 years old, and from no workout
experience to high school athletes. I attended the
Southwest Fitness Mania Convention in late 2015,
where I was trained in Bosu, TRX bands, medicine
balls, ropes, kettles, Tabata, HIIT, and many more.
I believe that through physical fitness one can
significantly increase their value of life. I also firmly
believe that staying active, whether it’s at a gym or
even daily walks through your neighbor has
countless effects on your mental and spiritual health.
I am extremely proud and look forward to being a
part of JETSTRONG.

JET Volleyball has partnered with
Certified Trainers to develop a
volleyball specific training
program for our athletes. This
program is designed to improve:
vertical leaping, quickness, core
strength, movement, strength, and
overall volleyball fitness. JET
Volleyball is the first club in our
area to do something of this
magnitude and will truly elevate
our athlete’s performance.
Our JET athletes will be
working with elite trainers for one
hour each twice a week. JET staff
has worked closely with these
trainers to develop a top-notch
program specifically designed for
our club.
Shelby Rains
I started my training because I am
passionate about helping people meet and
maintain their personal fitness and athletic
goals. Seeing clients gain confidence and pride
in their achievements when they have pushed
their personal limit to exceed their expectations
is truly rewarding. I have been a personal
fitness and group trainer since 2012, and a
volleyball coach since 2017. I hold a Bachelor’s
degree from West Texas A&M in Sports and
Exercise Science along with a teaching
certification in physical education.
I am so excited to be training athletes in the
JETSTRONG program and cannot wait to see
their progress and how if affects their abilities
on the court.
