Working together since 1984, Jim Bauman and Mike Oxner, PE were on the design and engineering team responsible for hotel and resort development for the Allen Williams Corporation. Projects include the Virgin Grand Beach Resort – St. Thomas and the Westin Resort – St. John U.S. Virgin Islands. The Architrend group offers resort hotel design consulting as well as hotel renovation design.

History

Jim Bauman, Mike Oxner, PE and Ron Brandenburg, AIA formed Architrend Associates in 1993 to expand their project design, architecture and engineering capabilities in Ohio and nationally. The firm’s focus has been to establish repeat customers by building strong business relationships with client’s, contractors, and developers. Architrend’s business relies on our relationships with Design-Build Firms and is well known in the Dayton Medical Community and beyond. Prior to forming Architrend, Jim Bauman and Mike Oxner were on the design and engineering team responsible for resort development with the Allen-Williams Corporation.
