Once the Customer enrolls for any Products/Services via the Website, Alliance Partner will

send the Customer an email, text message or message via e-mail confirming such

enrolment, with the details of the schedules.

For each enrolment, through the Website would issue system generated invoice to the

Customer in relation to the Products/Services for which the Customer has enrolled or in

relation to any kind of payment done, as per applicable laws. Alliance Partner will raise

invoice, which shall be inclusive of all applicable taxes.

The course fees, description, schedule will be displayed to the Customer before they make

the payments. If a requested enrolment is cancelled (before any tuitions are provided),

any amounts collected by Alliance Partner will be refunded to such customer.

Alliance Partner agrees that no refund will be permitted in respect of course already

Cancellations and Refunds
