1431-May 30by Isabelle Romee Rest In Peace Joan- Age 19, burned at the stake by the English. Joan was 19 when she was burnt at the stake in Rouen by the English on 30 May, 1431. She died of smoke inhalation. The Cardinal of Winchester is recorded as having ordered her to be burnt a second time.

1428-May 4Led by myself, the French attacked and captured the fortress of Saint Loup, and the next day I led a march to a second fortress called Saint Jean le Blanc.

1428-May 7-Joan of Arc I led a charge against the main English stronghold of Les Tourelles. During the siege, I was shot through the neck with an arrow, but I quickly returned to the fight, my unstoppable spirit bolstering the French resolve until the English capitulated.
