JOB TITLE: Lighting Retrofit Estimating Manager LOCATION: Placentia, CA JOB DESCRIPTION: FSG California, an OC Register Top Workplace 2013, is looking for an individual to manage our estimating team for lighting retrofit projects. The ideal candidate would have a vast knowledge of lighting retrofit strategies, be detail oriented, and have experience working with utility rebates. In addition, candidate must be able to commute to our facility in Placentia, CA daily, have Excel and other computer knowledge, pass a background and drug test. QUALIFICATIONS: The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: Must have a high school diploma or General Education Degree (GED); and two years related experience and/or training. LANGUAGE SKILLS: Must possess the ability to read, analyze, and interpret common scientific and technical journals, and financial reports. Must possess the ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from customers, regulatory agencies, or members of the business community. Must possess the ability to effectively present information to management and the customer base. MATHEMATICAL SKILLS: Must possess the ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages. REASONING ABILITY: Must possess the ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
