    Role Description:

    Matching team leaders assigns Exchange Participant managers to exchange participants and

    ensure that at least 75% of members raised by AIESEC McMaster are matched to an internship

    within 6 months. Matching team leaders are also responsible for planning and executing

    outgoing preparation seminars (OPS) for exchange participants.

    Responsibilities:

    This Director of Accounting will work closely with the Vice President of Finance. This position has

    a large time commitment and is comprised of duties ranging from bookkeeping and preparation

    of financial statements to helping with the administration work of the AIESEC office. You may

    receive additional responsibilities as you gain experience.

    Maintaining the Finance Binder Sending a list of required office supplies to VP Finance once a month Preparing the Expense Reports Preparing the Deposit Book Entering journal entries into Wave Accounting every 1 to 2 weeks Preparing monthly financial statements (Income Statement, Balance Sheet, etc.) Preparing Executive Board and Board of Advisors budget reviews Preparing Minimum Standards submissions (quarterly) Attending weekly portfolio meeting

    Role Description:

    This position will work closely with the Vice President of Finance. This position has a large time

    commitment and is comprised of duties such as raising sponsorship from inside and outside thecampus, creating a sponsor contact list and sponsorship package. The Director of Sponsorship

    will also be leading a team and keeping in contact with the Corporate Relations team, and

    university administration.

    Responsibilities:

    Designing and improving the sponsorship package Sending a list of required office supplies to VP Finance once a month Ensuring that the package is in line with AIESEC Canada regulations and with your

    university administrative regulations

    Senior Member Coordinators are responsible for ensuring member coordinators track and aid

    members on their developmental progress throughout their AIESEC term. Senior member

    and directly present the findings back to the VP of Talent Management. Lastly Senior Member

    Coordinators will take turns planning developmental workshops, general assemblies and social

    events each month.
