PRIMARY OBJECTIVES
· Provide support to the Marketing Team in the development and implementation of brand plans and promotions
· Assist with coordinating marketing activities as required, including outside of office hours as needed
· Coordinate internal and external media requests
· Monitor and upload media reviews and wine show awards to Company website
· Marketing administration duties
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES

Brand Plans Support & Promotion
• Support Brand Managers in activitiesrelating to the development and execution of brand plans for products within the portfolio
• Research, analyse and gather market intelligence on competitor activity and market trends as required (aztec data, industry reports)
All activities supported effectively as briefed/required
Accurate and efficient analysis presented to the marketing team
Media Requests
• Coordinate internal and external media requests for wine samples, imagery or Company information as required
Information supplied by deadline requested
Monitor Media Mentions
• Monitor media reviews daily, and international and domestic wine show results as they happen
• Upload review and medal results to the Company's CMS (typo3)
• Add the results to Company flyers for Wine Show Awards
• Share reviews and results with widerteamwork
• Capture brand activity in internal presenetations as outlined by Marketing Team
Reviews and awards promptly and accurately uploaded
Results communicated with wider team within 24 hours
Presentation collation on marketingactivity kept current

Job Description – Marketing Assistant
Marketing Activities
• Assist with any marketing activities associated with NPD/Sales Support/Events/PR/Promotions, including but not limited to;
◦ Liaise with the Planning Department in assisting the marketing team with the collation of information and briefs for NPD requirements
◦ Liaise with internal and external designers, as well as Sales Coordinators, Sales Team in coordinating POS and promotional maternal as required
◦ Assist with coordination of various functions and meetings/road shows (internally and/or partnered) including but not limited to bookings, set up, organised of items, wine, glasses, material as required. (Road shows, Brand Meetings, Partner Events – The Luxury Network, Veuve Fourny)
◦ Assist in the coordination of media and sales kits
◦ Assist in liaising with key stakeholders for coordinating National and/or State promotional activity requirements (advising winners, booking flights)
◦ Assist in the development of reports and presentations outlining key marketing activity effectiveness and insights (winews, monthly activity summary
All marketing activities supported effectively
Accurate information collated and followed up in a timely manner
POS and promotional material requirements collated accurately and within time frame
Events coordinated and supported accurately, efficiently and professionally
All event items collated and managed to requirements specified
Sourcing and/or packaging of itemscompleted accurately and on time

Marketing Administration
