We are looking for a meticulous Special Technics (HVAC) Building Systems & Infrastructure Engineer, who is skilled in building & infrastructure systems. You will build and cultivate technical knowledge and skills relating to HVAC design or the maintenance and supervision of the equipment. Establish and meet the schedule and costs of project studies for the client. Design HVAC installations. Develop the project design. Size the HVAC installations. Lead the design and calculation team. Monitor plans and measurements. Draft specifications. Estimate the cost of work and analyse offers (public and private tenders). Verify implementation documents. Monitor equipment in the factory and on site. Check the completed work (quality & safety control). Reception of facilities, commissioning. Have a Bachelor or Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering focusing on Construction or Electromechanics (or equivalent). Possibly have a Certification in HVAC Materials & Equipment (asset). Have previous experience of 3-10 years in the HVAC field, ideally on a construction site in a leadership position. Know about Wallonia norms & regulations regarding HVAC (ISO, CEN, NBN). Have the ability to work in a high-pressure field environment, while complying with the budget, deadlines and quality expectations. Have proficiency in Energy Audit & Certification EAP - PEB is a big plus. Are an analytical thinker with good interpersonal skills. Have a strong interest in sustainability and are willing to help Greenfish grow. Are a French native speaker and are fluent in English. Proficiency in Dutch is an asset. Have a driving license B. We are looking for HVAC Engineers who are enthusiastic team players, flexible workers and organised multi-taskers. Diligently mindful of sustainability challenges, you are eager to be involved in the development of greener & smarter installations. Any experience regarding contract management in the field of HVAC will be an asset. From technical assistance to working with the Project Manager, to site coordination of tasks related to HVAC installations, you will be involved in new construction or maintenance service projects: This opportunity as a Consultant HVAC Engineer will give you the possibility to work for major multi-site clients in the Brussels area and acquire experience related to HVAC & special technics.
