I'm a digital enthusiast and take a keen interest in all areas of the digital estate; including but not limited to SEO, PPC, Marketing Automation, Social Media and UX. Colleagues know me as a creative, enthusiastic and logical individual. I can happily work as an individual or as part of a wider team. Work Experience TV and Radio Marketing Executive Arqiva April 2014 – Present Forming part of the TV and Radio marketing team, I act as the marketing POC for the organisation’s Terrestrial Broadcast (TB) business unit; reporting directly to the Head of Marketing for TV and Radio. Within my team I also lead and advise on all digital marketing initiatives, working closely with Arqiva’s Online Manager to roll out and improve our digital footprint. Key achievements include: Devise, build and execute marketing plans for Terrestrial Television and Commercial Radio Business Units. Designed new website infrastructure, with multiple new service and product overview pages, to fully demonstrate business capability. Working closely with product teams to fill and bridge product gaps. As a result the number of web page visits increased, bounce rates lowered and the average time spent on the television web estate improved. Work with Online Manager to integrate online marketing tools such as Lead Forensics, Hubspot, and Campaign Monitor to augment and support campaign delivery. Campaign effectiveness reviewed using Google Analytics. Support account-based marketing activities for some of the company’s largest clients, including the BBC and ITV. Activities include ghost-writing new blogs and case studies, running regular newsletters, shaping value-propositions/key messaging and bid work support. Manage Capablue’s social media accounts and various other social channels. I proactively endorse agile marketing techniques whenever possible to support key events and campaign milestones. Support campaign rollout and help manage events such as the International Broadcasting Convention (IBC) and the Arqiva Commercial Radio Awards. Own and deliver social media guidelines and strategy, whilst acting as the account’s social media expert. Utilise Adobe Analytics to identify improvement opportunity for the UKPS internal website; web metrics would be used to drive

improvements to web structure and user journeys.

Marketing & Communications Executive Hewlett Packard November 2010 – October 2012

Upon induction to the Hewlett-Packard graduate scheme, I was appointed as the Marketing and Communication Executive for UK Public Sector markets; the largest global account within HP. Reporting directly the account’s Marketing Director, I gained valuable exposure across all areas of the marketing mix and was at the forefront for all brand awareness initiatives. Typical activities included: copywriting, market research, financial analysis, managing external agencies, CRM and event management. Such was the impact and impression I made as a Marketing Executive on the graduate scheme, I was pushed forward for an early graduation six months ahead of schedule.
