BIOGRAPHY• Joseph Clifford Montana Jr. was born on
11th June 1956 in Pennsylvania. He was an American football player at 1980s.
• He is one of the best quarterbacks in the history.
• He began to play rugby when he was 8. His first team was Ringgold High School.
• The most of his sport career he made it with San Francisco 49ers team, which he won 4 of the 5 titles of Super Bowl.
• When he was 38, he got tired of American football and he stopped doing this sport.

AMERICAN FOOTBALL RULES
• The time is controlled by the referee and he must stop it when some players is injured.
• Two teams of 15 players.• Two 40 minutes with 5 minutes break.• You can move the ball by carrying it in your
hands or you can kick the ball.

• The person who is carrying the ball mustn´t pass or go forward with the ball but that person can kick it.
• You can catch the person who is carrying the ball, but only by below the shoulders.
• At the end of the match the players shake their hands as a symbol of respect.
