• Gives racers a new challenge every time .
• Racer without much effort can train tougher to become better Spartan Racer.
Penalties for Spartan Race Obstacles
• If you are fail to complete a challenge.
• If you cheats the course.
• Penalty for each obstacle is different from the others.
• Penalty consist of a specific number of “burpees.”

• Full body exercise that consist of 4 movements.
• There are “Burpee Zones” for a racer to complete their penalty burpees in a Spartan race.
