Photo DesignDescription:Taken photograph then edited in photoshop and used to

    create a happy image.

    Date:May 24, 2014

    Course/Instructor:Comm 130 section 03

    Cory Kerr

Programs, Tools:DLSR Camera took the photo and program edited was

    photoshop.

Objectives:To learn how to use photoshop for the rst time.Learn how to take different styles of pictures

    using a digital camera.

Create something using the prgram that pleases the eye

Make the photo clearer and brighter

Process:This whole thing was made from scratch, from taking

the picture to editing it. The owers were just on a tree

and I used a type of focus to emphasize them and blurthe background. After the picture was taken I used Pho-

toshop to edit and add some lighting do to the storm that

was outside while the picture was taken. I really wanted

the white in the owers to stand out so that was a main

goal I had while editing and feel they are the focal point

of the picture. It was a fun project to do and enjoyed

learning and trying new things in photoshop.

    Programs, Tools:Adobe Indesign

Objectives:Learn rst design program ever used

    Allignment was very important

    Incorporate a picture given

Process:I started with at least 20-30 sketches of different layouts

possible for the ier. Then narrowed them down to four of

the ones I liked and drew them on a bigger scale. Then I

used Adobe InDesign to create the layout I chose was thebest. I used to kind of triangles to create a ow and made

the focal point the word Leadership. I was told what the

body copy should say and what image and logo to use in this

    layout.

    Programs, Tools:Adobe Photoshop

    Objectives:Learn masks

Use masks to overlay 4 picturesCreate gestalt with the overlay

Process:I laid two pictures over each other using photoshop. Learning

to use masks was the key and I was able to do that to fade

the players into the picture. The main thing I wanted to do

was have the SF symbol showing and not having the players

block that image. Masks are the key to the image.
