BSS was incorporated on March 23, 2004, and Forum Ohio was incorporated on March 10, 2014. In that capacity, I oversaw a department consisting of approximately 50 staff that provided an array of outpatient services, including partial-hospitalization and intensive outpatient services to adolescents and adults. Since April 2018, I have functioned as a consultant on a full-time basis at Columbus Springs Hospitals and have been active in multiple departments in various roles, including utilization review, clinical training, and psychological evaluation.
