ULTRASONIC AND AQUEOUS CLEANING BASKETS AND RACKS
John P. Smith Wire Company fabricates ultrasonic/aqueous cleaning baskets with lifts and optical position sensor bars. Baskets may be ordered with parts separation compartments or fine mesh inserts. T304 or T316 stainless steel parts containment conveyer baskets and racks can be fabricated to your sketch or CAD drawings. Small parts often require baskets fabricated with fine 60 x 60 .0075 mesh (.008” opening) and perforated u-edging to contain parts while allowing full drainage. We also offer competitive pricing on fine mesh filter cups ranging in size from 1” OD x .500” H to 3” OD x 6”H.
