He has worked for EPC Contractors as well as Owners teams on fixed and floating offshore field developments. John comes to us from Fircroft, Inc., a contract service employer, where his services were dedicated to Chevron Deepwater Major Capital Projects. His diverse technical background and project management experience contributed to cross functional team coordination. Prior to Fircroft, John served in senior engineering, project management, and other technical roles with Alliance Engineering, Technip Offshore, Inc., U.S. Ocean Rig, Inc., Kvaerner, Inc., Industrial Risk Insurers, Howden Monarch, and Rowan Companies. John has been involved in a wide range of onshore and offshore developments in the U.S., Indonesia, China, Colombia, Trinidad, Angola, Nigeria, and Brazil. He has worked on projects with a number of major exploration and production companies, including Chevron, Unocal, British Petroleum, ConocoPhillips, BHP Billiton, Esso, and Kerr McGee.
