Johnston Square Townhomes is the new construction development of 33 for-sale and 22 rental townhomes. Each home contains three bedrooms, two baths, a living room, an eat-in kitchen, and an unfinished basement with a laundry area.
Standard features of these 1,260 square-foot homes include brick fronts with vinyl siding, gas forced-air heat, central air conditioning, gas range, refrigerator, garbage disposal, energy-efficient insulation, carpet, and resilient flooring. Two of the rental homes were constructed to meet the needs of disabled citizens. One home provides access for the mobility impaired. The other home addresses the needs of a visually or hearing impaired person.
