EQ Number LocationThe EQ Number can be found within the VIN/Serial Number.
TRUCK MOUNTED EQUIPMENT
The VIN/Serial plate is located at the rear of the machine, on the rear sub frame cross member.
MID-RANGE AND COMPACT EQUIPMENT
The VIN/Serial plate is located inside the cab, to the outside of the passenger seat.

Parts Delivery All UK mainland orders over £30 are delivered next working day free of charge*. A delivery charge applies to any orders beneath the minimum order value. Brush orders of 10 units or more are delivered free of charge.
*Brush orders of less than 10 units will incur a weight based carriage charge.
Please check your delivery upon receipt to ensure your parts are received in good condition. Please communicate any issues or concerns regarding deliveries to the parts centre on the day of receipt.

Returns Procedure In order to return parts that have either been ordered in error, are no longer required, are damaged or faulty, simply:
■■ Contact the Parts Centre and provide a contact name and number, including full collection address.
■■ A Johnston parts advisor will provide you with a returns form complete with authorisation number. Please ensure a copy of the form is attached to the consignment.
■■ Our chosen courier will make contact to arrange collection the next working day. Please ensure the goods are packaged appropriately and ready for collection.
Returns that have been ordered in error or are no longer required will incur a handling charge. Damaged or faulty goods are exempt from the handling charge. Credits for all non-warranty parts returns will be processed within 5 days.
Parts Collections Collections are available from the World Parts Centre at Dorking.
