The Company was founded in 1996.

R&D Enterprise "Mashprom" is an engineering and manufacturing company and one of the leading developers of hi-tech systems and machines.

We produce highly specialized equipment and provide services enabling to improve production efficiency of our customers.

Total number of staff is more than 300 members. Number of engineering and development division is 75 members, number of production workers is 97 members.

Charter capital is 165 mln. Rub.

The Company is represented by subsidiary companies and representatives in the following cities: Yekaterinburg, Nizhny Tagil, Izhevsk, Tyumen, Cherepovets, Magnitogorsk, Lipetsk, Vyksa as well abroad: in Czech Republic, Japan and China.

Ural Welding Institute - Metallurgy Limited specialises in production of long-life service parts by application of innovative hardening technolo-gies. Various methods of thermal spraying and mechanical treatment of high-strength coatings are adopted at the production facilities.

More than 100 diverse coatings of different composition can be applied by thermal spraying :

Iron coatings, ferrous metals-base coatings

High-tech methods of thermal spraying ensures the protection of the surface from numerous environmental impacts: abrasion wear, effects of corrosion environment (acid, alkali, brines etc.), high temperatures and high bearing pressure.

Long-life service is achieved due to the unique qualities of thermal spray coatings:

Microhardness - up to 1300 HV (more than 72 HRC)

Adhesive strength - more than 80 MPa

Porosity - 0.2-1.0 %

High temperature resistance - up to 900 C

Effective application of thermal spraying technologies for production of long-life service parts allows to:

"NeoPark" Ltd. is a Russian manufacturer of multilevel automated parking systems.

The Company realizes full range of services related to engineering and production of parkings. Parking complexes NeoPark are applied for extention of existing parking space as well as for buildings and facilities being in the process of construction, effectively solving probles of space constraint. The equipment is tested and it operates under severe climate conditions of Russia (climatic modification from -40 up to +40 deg. C).
