Jonathan provides full Architectural services across all project sectors and types, but his particular passion is for bespoke, ecologically sustainable, residential developments including: housing developments, individual house builds, conversions and high-end extensions for both developer and private clients. Jonathan Braddick is not just a designer, but has a strong focus on carrying projects through from inception to completion on site. Jonathan provides a high level of legislative and technical knowledge as well as specialist expertise in construction procurement and on site contract administration. The build costs of past projects undertaken have ranged from £75k to in excess of £2m, please see the Projects page of Jonathan’s website for a sample of projects completed in both the south east and south west of England.

Code for Sustainable Homes & Domestic Energy Assessor

As well as being a RIBA Chartered Architect, Jonathan is also a licensed On Construction Domestic Energy Assessor and registered Code For Sustainable Homes Assessor. Jonathan is a member of the Royal Borough of Windsor and Maidenhead Design Review Panel and a part of the RIBA South West CPD steering group, currently providing specialist advice and help in preparing the 2013 CPD Programme.
