Jonathan has over 25 years' experience in clinical leadership and executive management roles in the areas of disability, mental health and children's services. Prior to commencing his role at Thorndale, Jonathan served as the CEO of a NDIS approved provider, and more recently was responsible for the rollout of the National Disability Insurance Agency's (NDIA) 'best practice' in early childhood intervention across Australia.

Jonathan is a dynamic and engaging leader, with demonstrable experience in organisational innovation and rejuvenation. He was a strategic partner in the Prime Minister's Gold Award for Excellence in Public Sector Management. Jonathan holds formal qualifications in psychology and a PhD in health science, and has a strong advocacy mindset for equality, human rights and social justice.
