Joe has a track record of delivering business outcomes resulting in significant increases in revenue generation spanning from advanced technology startups, engineering consulting to a Fortune 200 company. He has a unique

combination of executive operations and vision in extremely diverse markets that allows for significant insight into value-driven actions, including M&A experience, that quickly lead to bottom line results. Throughout his career, he has generated value creation opportunities, with an emphasis on technology commercialization, for a wide variety of companies operating in international and domestic markets, including U.S. Steel, MJS Partners, LLC, The Bode Technology Group, Spec Ops, Inc. and Prime Photonics, LC. Additionally, Joe is a strategic advisor to several forward thinking technology companies and organizations including InPleo, LLC, Interphase Materials, LLC, MagPower Systems, Inc. in Vancouver, Canada and the West Virginia University Statler Engineering College Advisory Board. A native of Pittsburgh, PA, Joe earned a Bachelor of Science degree in mechanical engineering from the Virginia Military Institute in Lexington, Va., and spent four years in the Unites States Navy as a Surface Warfare Officer.
