Response to NRC Regulatory Issue Summary 2014-13

Ladies and Gentlemen:

On December 17, 2014, the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) issuedRegulatory Issue Summary (RIS) 2014-13 to ask licensees to provide informationregarding the licensing actions that they plan to submit to the NRC for reviewover the next 3 calendar years and power uprate applications that they plan tosubmit to the NRC for review over the next 5 calendar years. The RIS specifiesthe response is voluntary, and the requested information will be used by theagency to more efficiently and effectively plan its licensing work.

Enclosed are licensing actions for subject plants that are currently planned to besubmitted to the NRC for review over the next 3 calendar years. The licensingaction plans provided are subject to change with shifts in priorities and resources,and the RIS recognizes the plans are not binding. There are no plans to submitpower uprate applications for subject plants over the next 5 calendar years.
