27 August NAIROBI - JOHANNESBUG / PERTH Breakfast and a morning at leisure. This afternoon we depart for Johannesburg where we farewell those who are returning to Perth on the overnight SAA flight.Overnight in Johannesburg for those doing the full Journey. B

PERTH - JOHANNESBURG Those joining us for the second half of the trip depart Perth on the overnight SAA flight to Johannesburg .

28 August JOHANNESBURG - CAPE TOWN After breakfast, we meet our new friends at the airport and depart for Cape Town. On arrival we are transferred to our accommodation for an early check in. The rest of the day is at leisure. B

29 August CAPE TOWN Enjoy breakfast before we depart for Table Mountain where we ascend by cable car (weather permitting). After exploring the top of the mountain, we descend and continue our exploration of Cape Town including Bo Kaap, the Company Gardens, South Africa Museum, Greenmarket Square and the Castle. This afternoon is at leisure. Dinner tonight will be a true African experience! B, D

30 August CAPE TOWN After breakfast we depart for a day of exploring the Cape Peninsula, including Hout Bay, Seal Island, Cape Point, Boulders Penguin Colony and Kirstenbosch Botanical Gardens. Lunch is included. The evening is at leisure. B, L

31 August CAPE TOWN Breakfast at the hotel before departing on the full day Cape Winelands tour of Paarl, Franschoek and Stellenbosch. Wine tasting, lunch and a cellar tour are included. B, L

1 September CAPE TOWN – HOEDSPRUIT – KAPAMA GAME RESERVE We have an early breakfast at the hotel before checking out and transferring to the airport for our flight to Hoedspruit, where we are met and transferred to the lodge – home for the next three days. Check in, enjoy a light lunch and a little leisure time before departing on a game drive. Return to the lodge for dinner. B, L, D

2 September KAPAMA GAME RESERVE An early morning game drive starts the day, return to the lodge for breakfast. The morning is at leisure, or enjoy an optional bush walk (Included) before lunch. An afternoon game drive is followed by dinner. B, L, D

3 September KAPAMA GAME RESERVE A full day at Kapama with early morning and afternoon game activities. B, L, D

18 August AMBOSELI – NAMANGA – ARUSHA – NGORONGORO CONSERVATION AREA Breakfast at the lodge, check out and depart for the Kenya/Tanzania border at Namanga where we clear immigration and customs. Meet our Tanzanian Driver Guide and proceed to Arusha for lunch. After lunch proceed to Ngorongoro Conservation area arriving at the lodge in the early evening. B ,L, D

19 August NGORONGORO CRATER After breakfast, descend to the Crater Floor. Spend the day exploring, stopping for a picnic lunch provided by the lodge. Return to the lodge just before sunset. B, L, D

20 August NGORONGORO - SERENGETI NATIONAL PARK Breakfast at the lodge, check out and continue to Serengeti National Park, stopping along the way at the Oldupai Gorge, one of the most important paleoanthropological sites in the world. After checking in at the lodge, enjoy a little relaxation before embarking on our afternoon game drive. B, L, D

21 August SERENGETI NATIONAL PARK A full day in Serengeti National Park, exploring the wide open plains on the lookout for the big cats and more. B, L, D

22 August SERENGETI NATIONAL PARK - MASAI MARA GAME RESERVE After breakfast at the lodge, we check out and depart with packed lunches for the Kenya /Tanzania Border at Isebania. We clear immigration and customs and meet our Kenyan Driver guide. After changing vehicles, we continue to Masai Mara arriving for check in, in the early evening. B, L, D

23 August MASAI MARA GAME RESERVE Full day in Masai Mara with game drives, observing one of nature’s amazing spectacles, the Wild Life Migration. With luck and timing on our side, we might witness the wonder of zebra and wildebeest braving wily, hungry crocodiles and currents to cross the Mara River to the green pastures on the other side. 24 August MASAI MARA GAME RESERVE Full day in the Masai Mara, and for those who would like to experience the local Masai culture, a visit to a local Masai Village (included). B, L, D

25 August MASAI MARA - LAKE NAKURU NATIONAL PARK We breakfast at the lodge, check out and head for Lake Nakuru arriving in time for check in and lunch. We take an afternoon game drive around the lake which is home to the stunning and amazing pink flamingo. B, L, D

26 August LAKE NAKURU – NAIROBI Breakfast and some time to relax before checking out and heading back to Nairobi for our last night in East Africa. B, D

5 September SABI SANDS RESERVE An early morning game drive is followed by breakfast. Enjoy the lodge pool or relax and take in the atmosphere, keeping an eye out for passing game or enjoy an optional bush walk (included). 7 September SABI SANDS RESERVE – LIVINGSTONE – VICTORIA FALLS An early check out and transfer to the airport for our flight to Livingstone, breakfast packs will be provided. On arrival in Livingstone, clear immigration and customs and transfer across the border to Zimbabwe, once again clearing immigration and customs. 8 September VICTORIA FALLS Enjoy breakfast before a walking tour of the Victoria Falls, Lunch at leisure before a late afternoon Sunset Cruise on the Zambezi. Dinner at leisure. B

9 September VICTORIA FALLS - JOHANNESBURG After a leisurely breakfast enjoy a morning at leisure or a last visit to the falls before transferring to the airport for our flight to Johannesburg, After clearing immigration and customs we are transferred to our accommodation in Sandton. Rest of the afternoon and evening at leisure. B

10 September JOHANNESBURG Breakfast at the hotel before departing on our full day tour to Soweto and the Apartheid Museum, find out how life was lived in the apartheid era. Lunch is included at a local shabeen. Return to the hotel and get ready for our Farewell Dinner this evening. B, L, D

1. Prices are based on twin share accommodation. Prices are correct at the time of publication however all prices are subject toavailability and can be withdrawn or varied without notice. Theprice is only guaranteed once paid for in full by you. Please notethat prices printed are subject to change. Price changes may occurby reason of matters outside our control which increase the cost ofthe product or service. Such factors include currency fluctuations,fuel surcharges, taxes and airfare increases. If you are concernedregarding these factors, please contact us to discuss the same.

2. Prices do not include travel insurance, passport or visarequirements, meals not listed in itinerary or any items of apersonal nature.

3. Payment of the deposit constitutes acceptance of these termsand conditions.

4. Prices are inclusive of all airfares, taxes (as set at August 2017 ),accommodation with daily breakfasts, all meals, activities andsightseeing as listed in the itinerary.

5. A non-refundable deposit of $4,000.00 per person is payable at time of booking. Final balance is payable by 31 May 2018. Abooking form must be completed on behalf of every member ofyour travelling party, at the time of paying your deposit.

6. Changes to the departure date from Perth are not permitted.Travel may be extended in Africa for up to 12 month fromdeparture from Perth. Please note that any changes from groupflights will incur a fee of $150 per person. You acknowledged thatno changes are permitted to outbound flights from Perth.

7. Amendments and cancellation penalties: a. All amendments to your booking after payment of deposit

will incur a fee of $250.00 per person; b. Documentation requiring re-issue will incur a fee of $350.00 per person; and c. All cancellations MUST be advised in writing and are subject

to the following cancellation charges: i. cancellation up to 90 days prior to departure: $4,000.00 per person; ii. cancellation between 89 and 70 days prior to departure: 50 % of total tour cost; iii. cancellation on or after 69 days prior to departure: 100 % of total tour cost.

8. No refunds will be made for services included in the tour butnot utilised.

9. Comprehensive Travel Insurance is mandatory and bookings areaccepted subject to each passenger being covered by such travelinsurance. You are required to provide proof of a valid certificate of currency / policy for travel insurance to cover this travel period.No documents will be provided until we are satisfied that a current

applicable law (including the Australian Consumer Law). Thisliability clause is subject to your rights under the AustralianConsumer Law and nothing in these terms and conditions isintended to limit any rights you may have under the Competitionand Consumer Act 2010 (Cth).

22. Unless otherwise noted your travel documents in relation to this holiday will be provided to you 2 weeks prior to departure.

23. Surcharges will apply to all payments made by credit cards and we reserve the right to charge administration/service fees forpayments made by credit cards. Please confirm these charges priorto making payment by credit card.

24. This Agreement shall be governed and interpreted inaccordance with laws at the time being in force in the State ofWestern Australia and each party submits to the non-exclusivejurisdiction of the Courts of Western Australia exercising jurisdictionin that State.

25. We respect your privacy and the personal information youprovide to us with your booking form will be required to bedisclosed to service providers on the tour, but only as is necessary to facilitate your arrangements. We will not be able to properlyfacilitate the booking, carriage and administration of your tour ifyou do not provide us with the information requested on thebooking form. In particular, you agree that in certain circumstances(such as where you request us to book international travel for you),we are permitted to disclose your personal information to overseasrecipients. Such recipients may include the overseas travel serviceproviders (e.g. airlines, accommodation or tour providers) withwhom you make a booking. These travel service providers will inmost cases receive your personal information in the country inwhich they will provide the services to you or in which theirbusiness is based. We may also disclose your personal informationto our overseas related entities and to service providers whoperform services for us within and outside of Australia. Generally,we will only disclose your personal information to these persons inconnection with facilitation of your travel booking and/or to enablethe performance of administrative and technical services by themon our behalf. Where we disclose your personal information to anyperson (including all overseas recipients), you agree that we willnot be required to ensure that person’s compliance with Australianprivacy laws or otherwise be accountable for how they handleyour personal information. 17. We reserve the right to alter the itinerary in any waywhatsoever, providing such changes are necessary to fulfil yourholiday obligations. Substitutes of equivalent standards will beoffered where possible.

18. Travel Risks are involved when participating in this travel. Whilewe and activity providers make every effort to safeguard you fromharm, we cannot be held responsible for personal injury or loss dueto the actions of you that are beyond our control and reasonableendeavours. For example, but not limited to, many lodges in Africaare not fenced off and the areas travelled in have wild animals.Travelling in these areas has an inherent danger which youacknowledge. Whilst attacks are rare, no guarantee is made byFunda as to your safety. Neither Funda nor its employees are liablefor any loss, injury or death that may occur resulting from such an attack.

19. We recommend that you contact the Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade or visit their website athttp://www.smartraveller.gov.au for general travel advice, as well as specific advice (including safety alert levels) relating to the destination you wish to visit. You should also register yourtravel plans with DFAT, so that you may be more easily contacted in an emergency.

20. This brochure comprises the whole agreement between the parties. You acknowledge that you have not relied on anyrepresentation warranty or condition (expressed or implied) which is not otherwise referred to in this publication, these terms orconditions or agreed to in writing by the directors of Funda.

21. To the extent permitted by law, we do not accept any liability in contract, tort or otherwise for any injury, damage, loss (includingconsequential loss), delay, additional expense or inconveniencecaused directly or indirectly by the acts, omissions or default,whether negligent or otherwise, of third party providers over whomwe have no direct control, force majeure or any other event whichis beyond our control or which is not preventable by reasonablediligence on our part. Our liability will also be limited to the extentthat any relevant international conventions, for example theMontreal Convention in respect of travel by air, the AthensConvention in respect of travel by sea, the Berne Convention inrespect of travel by rail and the Paris Convention in respect of theprovision of accommodation, limit the amount of compensationwhich can be claimed for death, injury, or delay to passengers andloss, damage and delay to luggage.
