  • Comment: You show great confidence with your presence on stage and clearly have an overall impact on the performance, however through the process of ISM you lacked professionalismand discipline when it came to changes of the piece which you took personally which had an affect on your roles, company and performance. You became influenced by other members ofyour company who have this level of discipline during the performance period which was concerning. You are a good actorwith clear skills and abilitywhich is reflected in your logbook and your grades, you area joy to watch on stage and Iwish to watch your progress.

  • t is a positive experience working with you and your creativity and your energy are greatassets on the floor and to the company. Your are in intelligent performer and obviously ambitious, you should be more aware of the impact in others if you take personally what arereal professional decisions. You have on occasion comprisedyourself by miss interpretingdirectors or other performersintentions this can be addressed by you taking cognisance of other people's professionalism. Having said that I am really looking forward to continuing to work with you as your show promising signs of development and I am looking forward to putting out work in the new theatre.
