El igibi I ity of membership

Any proprietor/ partnership lirm ,company, Joint Hindu family or other body incorporated or unincorporated connectedwith lmport of Jute Goods in India may be eligible to be a member on his/their agreeing in writjng to the secretary to bebound by the Articles, ByeJaws and other Rules and Regulations of the Association which are now or hereafter in forceand are applicable provided he/she is not debarred from membership under any provision of these Articles or of theByeJaws or of the Association, for the time being in force.

Commiftee ot sub.committee decision regarding acceptance of member is finat

The Committee or the sub+ommittee who shall be competent to accept or relect an application of membership shalldecide as to the admlssion of a new member or the eligibility or othemise ol a candidate for admission and their decisionshall be final & they shall not be bound to give any reason for such decisron.

; Admission & Subsctiption Fee

F The admission fee payable on election and subscription to the Association payable annually by members shallbe as may be fixed by the Committee from time to time.

) All applications for membership shall be made together with the admission fee and subscnption for one year.The subscription shall be payable by a member for the offlcial year of the Association, irrespective of the date ofhis election to membership.

> The admission fee and annual subscription are, in no case, refundabie except when the application formembership is not entertained by the Association.

Candidate fot membership shall be proposed and seconded

Every Candidate for membership of the Association shall sign, and submit the application in the prescribed form for thepurpose and shall be proposed by one and seconded by another member of the Association

Right to appty fot memberchip after rejection

lf any candidate's applicatron for membership be rejected he will be competent to apply again on expiry of 6 (six) monthsfrom the date of rejection of his application.
