THE CHASE MILITARY OFFICER EXECUTIVE DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM

JPMorgan Chase offers an exceptional benefits program and a highly competitive compensation package.

JPMorgan Chase is an equal opportunity and affirmative action employer M/F/Disability/Veteran.

ABOUT THE ROLEThe Chase Military Officer Executive Development program is designed to identify top Junior Military Officers and develop them into future business executives within the Operations functions of Chase Consumer and Community Banking. Junior Military Officers bring a unique set of experiences and leadership talent that we value in our organization.

As a member of the Executive Development Program, you will complete three diverse and challenging one-year rotations across Consumer and Community Banking Operations. Each rotation is focused on individual development, and will allow you to experience varying roles such as project manager, analyst, and team leader while working in different functional areas like Marketing, Risk, Lending, and Fraud Operations. The intent of the program is to further your skills and acumen by gaining exposure to differing operational roles within the firm.

Rotational job placements will be made based on interest, individual performance and business needs within Consumer and Community Banking Operations. To ensure that your placements support your continued development, your manager, program manager, veteran sponsor and others will help you assess the areas best suited to your interests and the skills you’ve developed.

In addition to your business role responsibilities, as an Executive Development Program member you’ll participate in training programs, networking and learning sessions, and individual mentoring relationships. You will have visibility and interaction with Chase senior managers, be assigned a military veteran sponsor and provided veteran-specific training to assist you with the transition from military life into our organization. You can also become a member of our Veteran’s Business Resource Group, an employee group that supports veteran causes. And of course, you’ll have the strong support network of your fellow military officer veteran colleagues.

Chase will also support your pursuit of a part-time or executive format graduate education as part of the program. In addition to allowing time away from work for class, you’ll be connected with other program participants and leaders that have attended or are currently enrolled in some of the country’s most elite business schools.
