Dear Valued CustomersWe would first like to thank you for your support over the years and your patience as

we work on improving the efficiency and service of our Classic Mail Box program. Weare sending you this email with regard to an impending increase in our shipping ratesand a change to the terms and conditions of our Classic Mail Box Standard program. INCREASED SHIPPING RATES:As reported in the news media around the world, there has been a drastic increase ingas prices due to the rising price of oil per barrel. In the first quarter of 2011, the airlinesthat handle our shipments have raised their rates a total of three times. We have beenabsorbing the increases with the hope that the cost of oil would reach its peak and

begin to subside, but unfortunately it has continued to increase. These conditions havenot only affected our shipping costs, but also the overall cost of doing business withinthe United States. We are experiencing increases in packaging supplies, pickup anddelivery services and general operating costs for our warehouse in Miami. It is for thesereasons that we have no choice but to raise our shipping rates for every Classic MailBox program and J.S.L. Speedpak walk-in customer, effective Monday 18 th April 2011. To make this transition easier and more cost effective for everyone, we have modifiedour rate structure and listed the shipping costs for each program below;Classic Mail Box Standard Account:

● First pound will be charged = $6.00 USD.

● Each additional pound will be charged $3.30 USD up to 300lbs.● Any shipment between 301lbs – 400lbs will be charged $3.15 USD.● Any shipment between 401lbs – 500lbs will be charged $2.90 USD.● Our Express cargo rate will remain the same $1.75 USD, but the current gas

prices will be applied at the time of shipping.SHIPPING WEIGHT SHIPPING COST (USD)

 1 LB $6.00

 2LBS – 300LBS $3.30

 301LBS – 400LBS $3.15

 401LBS – 500LBS $2.90

Currently our Standard Classic Mail Box program is a free account, that does notrequire customers to pay a yearly membership fee. Having a free Classic Mail Boxaccount is something our Management team feels strongly about, but with the increasedcost of conducting business it has made it very difficult to maintain at its present level.Therefore as of May 1st 2011, we will no longer be offering a free delivery service

for Standard Classic Mail Box accounts

. Shipment delivery will only be availableto Standard customers at a charge, which will be added to their invoice. The deliverycharge will be based on the address location. This will allow us to maintain the freemembership status of the Standard C.M.B. account. Standard customers can choose topay for delivery or make arrangements to collect the packages at our local office after they have been cleared. < /font> We do understand that this change in the terms and conditions of our Classic MailBox Standard accounts, can cause an inconvenience and this is why it will be enactedon May 1st 2011. This should give all our customers the opportunity to change their account status if they choose or make alternative arrangements for pickup and deliveryof packages. Please note that this change only applies to Standard Classic Mail Boxaccounts. Gold and Platinum account deliveries will remain the same. We at J.S.L.
