JT Steel Tube Pvt. Ltd. is incorporated as a premium manufacturer of stainless steel welded tubes accompanying high quality testing facilities with it. We aspire to satisfy our customers with high quality products for both domestic as well as international standards, and have necessary equipment installed for the same.

This enterprise is being driven by four very prosperous leaders Mrs. Madhusnata Jha, Mr. Mohan Jha, Mr. Lokesh Tiwari, and Mr. Pawan Tiwari. The industry consists of a range of tube mills with a production capacity of 4000 metric tons per annum. It has been successful in establishing a distinct place in producing and supplying stainless steel tubes and pipes and has been flourishing overnight since its inception.

Manufacturing Process

Our compelling procedure to produce stainless steel tubes and pipes is what distinguishes us from the clutter. We follow the latest technology with the most refurbished tube mills where stainless steel strips, slit to precise widths and are constantly molded into tubular shapes and welded by Tungsten – Inert – Gas (TIG) welding.

The process is totally automated where at the end the edges of the strips are heated and fused together under protective atmosphere of argon through a non – consumable electrode without the addition of any filler metal.

Quality Assurance & Lab TestingJT Steel Tube Pvt Ltd. adheres to 'Quality is the best quantity' and refuses to compromise on quality at any given point of time. We aim at consistently producing high standard stainless steel tubes and pipes conforming all the mutually agreed terms to our customers to ensure total customer satisfaction.

Soon, we have an in-house well-equipped testing laboratory to carry out the given procedures batch-wise to establish excellence in the output delivery.

Hardness Tests

Flaring Test

The basic procedure of this test involves a flare at the end of the pipe to a diameter of 1.2 times the outside diameter

Hydrostatic Pressure Test

Hydraulic and Pneumatic systems are used to carry out

100% hydrostatic on all pipes and tubes as per ASTM

standards.

Eddy Current Test

This test is carried out on the entire length of the tube as per

ASTM E-420 to determine the sub surface in homogeneities.

However, this test is carried out on demand only.

Radiography Test

This test being carried out on demand is as per ASTM E-426

to determine the substance in homogenities.

Bending Test This test is mostly executed for “Y” tubes on specific

demands.

Flattening Test This test is carried out to check the strength of the welded

section of the tubes or pipes it to extreme compression

stress.

Reverse Flattening TestCracks or blow holes are not observed on the welded section.

Flange TestThere are no cracks observed on the welded section or on the base metal.

Corrosion TestCracks or blow holes are not observed on the welded section.
