Sales Coordinator, Republic Services, Huntsville, AL 10/31/13 – 9/4/15 In my role as Sales Coordinator, I offered support for the entire Sales team, which included, but not limited to, reviewing Customer Contracts to ensure paperwork is filled out according to Area standards, managing reports that enable the Sales team to more efficiently manage their accounts, managing reports created by the Area that allow the Area to report guidelines are being adhered to, filing, passing important information on to the Sales team with respect to tools that will assist the Sales Rep, keying services requested by customers as well as Sales Reps into Infopro, communicating with Operations, Maintenance, and Dispatch the needs and requests of customer and Sales Reps, assisting National Accounts, Phoenix, Arizona, with requests and/or questions regarding accounts they manage, but the Division services, and assisting Sales Manager with any reports, requests, scheduling, or any other tasks that will support the Sales Department.
