In view of extraordinary circumstances due to pandemic caused by Covid-19, and line with the MCACirculars, physical copies of the AGM Notice are not being dispatched and the AGM Notice alongwith the Annual Report for FY 20 has been sent only through email.Members, who have not received the Notice and the Annual Report, may download it from the website of the Company at www.niit-tech.com under the ‘investors’ section or may request for a softcopy of the same by writing to the Company Secretary at the above mentioned email id or registered office address of the Company.
