Dieser Hengst ist eine absolute Ausnah-meerscheinung: In der NRHA Non Pro bewies Great Sun Burst (Great Resolve x Docs Sun Burst) unter seinem Besitzer Ma-nuel Bonzano erneut sein außergewöhnli-ches Talent und seine Klasse. Mit einer 222,5 holte er sich die Trophy und verwies Piet Mestdagh und BH Most Wanted (Mr BH Most Wanted x Tuckers Missy) auf Platz 2 (220). An dritter Stelle folgte Fenna Elzinga auf Smoking Kills (219,5) Great Sun Burst hat bereits eine unglaubli-che Karriere in der Showarena hinter sich.

What an extraordinary reining horse: In the NRHA Non Pro, the 10-year-old sorrel AQHA stallion Great Sun Burst (Great Re-solve x Docs Sun Burst) once more proved his outstanding class and talent. With his owner Manuel Bonzano (Italy) in the sadd-le, he scored a 222.5 winning the class. Piet Mestdagh (Belgium) and BH Most Wanted (Mr BH Most Wanted x Tuckers Missy) placed second (220) with Fenna Elzinga and Smoking Kills following on thrird place (219,5) Great Sun Burst has been icredibly suc-cessful in the showarena. as NRHA World Champion Open. In 2012 he was NRHA European Champion Non Pro and NRHA World Champion Non Pro with Manuel Bonzano in the saddle. So far, his NRHA LTE are more than 320,000.Piet Mestdagh and his BH Most Wanted were 2012 IRHA Derby Reserve Champion Non Pro and Co-Reserve Champion in the ARCESE Non Pro at the 2013 European Futurity. The AQHA gelding was bred by Henry Bolleboom . His NRHA LTE ware almost $ 50,000. With Roy Van Der Hoe-ven he was ARHA Western Star Derby Ltd Open Champion, with Bernard Fonck Le-vel 4 Open Reserve Champion at the IRHA Derby and the IRHA Maturity 2012.

Nachdem die beiden vor etwas über einer Woche die $ 30.000 Open beim SVAG CS Classic in der Schweiz gewonnen hatten, sicherten sie sich jetzt auch noch überlegen die NRHA Open auf der NRHA European Championship. Mit einem brillianten Durchgang scor-te der AQHA Wallach, der im Besitz von Jacpoint Quarter Horses ist, eine 227. Da konnte diesmal auch Bernard Fonck auf

Danny und Mireille Ceratos Sail On Top Whizard (Whizard Jac x Miss N Sis) nicht mithalten. Mit einer 223,5 kamen sie auf Platz 2. Den dritten Platz teilten sich Rieky Young auf Brady Chex und Bernard Fonck auf Cattlemans Cash (beide 222,5). Nu Chexomatic wurde von Bernard Fonck ausgebildet und kam als Vierjähriger über Grischa Ludwig zu Jacpoint QH. Unter Tina Künstner-Mantl wurde der Wallach Reserve Champion der Eurofuturity 2011 in Kreuth und IRHA/NRHA Derby Non Pro Champion. Unter Cody Sapergia, der

seit etwas über einem Jahr bei Jacpoint QH trainiert, gewann der Wallach sowohl die bereits erwähnte Open in der Schweiz als auch die Open beim 23 Classic.Mit Sail On Top Whizard errang Bernard Fonck seinen dritten World Champion Open Titel. Mit ihm gewann Fonck u.a. die NRHA European Futurity Open Level 4 2009, die NRHA Open beim 23 Classic und war IRHA Derby Open Co-Champion 2011.

What a fine new success for Cody Saper-gia and Nu Chexomatic (Nu Chex To Cash x Tejons Texie Lena, owner Jacpoint QH (Austria): just about one week after win-ning the $ 30,000 Open at the SVAG CS Classic in Switzerland, they now also took the lead in the NRHA Open at the NRHA European Championship. The gelding’s brilliant run earned a 227 – a score not even Bernard Fonck (Belgium) aboard Danny and Mireille Cerato’s Sail On Top Whizard (Whizard Jac x Miss N Sis) could top. With a 223.5 they placed second. Two riders tied for third place: Rieky Young aboard Brady Chex and Bernard Fonck aboard Cattlemans Cash (222.5 each).

Nu Chexomatic was trained by Bernard Fonck. Tina Künstner-Mantl/Jacpoint QH bought the horse as a 4-year-old from Grischa Ludwig. With Tina in the saddle, the gelding was Reserve Champion at the 2011 Europea For the very first time in the history of the NRHA European Affiliate Championship, nine full teams competed in the Youth Team Tournament. Teams were made up of four Youth riders; two 13 & Under and two 14-18. The scores from their runs in the European Affiliate classes were also their team scores. The lowest score was then dropped and the composite of the three highest scores determined the team competition result.

Mit 16 Startern war die EC Klasse Youth 13 & under hervorragend besetzt, und auch die Qualität der Ritte war äußerst vielver-sprechend für die Zukunft des Reining sports. Neuer European Champion in die-ser Klasse wurde die 14-jährige Niederlän-derin Zoey Kant mit ihrem AQHA Wallach Its Dun Time (Hesa Sonofa Doc x Miss Sin San). Zoey Kant did it again: In a field of 16, the 14-year-old girl from the Netherlands and her 14-year-old AQHA gelding Its Dun Time (Hesa Sonofa Doc x Miss Sin San) scored a 215 and became NRHA European Champion Youth 13 & under once more. Actually, it was the third time at this show that Zoey and her gelding won a class after earning first place in the Ancillary Shows NRHA Youth 14-18 and Limited Non Pro. was claimed by Gilles Huyghe (Belgium) aboard his Docs Lil Gun (by Colonels Lil Gun) who scored a 214, followed by Michelle Maibaum (Germany) aboard BT Smartest Dude (211,5). The 15-year-old Gilles and Docs Lil Gun had won the NRHA Unrestricted Youth the day before. Their achievements include the Markel Non Pro Derby Level 2 and 4 in Paris 2013 as well as the Limited Non Pro at the 2012 European Affiliate Championship.

For the very first time in the history of the NRHA European Affiliate Champi-onship, nine full teams competed in the Youth Team Tournament. Michelle also posted the high-est score of the all the youth compe-tition, a 218.5! The first placed team members received the Gold medal, a $400 scholarship donated by the Rei-ning Horse Sports Foundation (RHSF) and the Champion Buckles.Winning the Silver medal, just a point behind the winners, was the “Dell Hendrick´s Kids” team made up of Zoey Kant of The Netherlands riding Its Dun Time, Michelle Maibaum of Germany riding BT Smartest Dude, Theresia Schlager of Austria riding Shining Step and Felix Larsson of Swe-den rding Smokin Jo Whiz. Each team member also received a $150 scholar-ship donated by the RHSF..The four members of the “Andrea Fappani´s Kids” team received the Bronze medals after scoring a total of 627.5 points. Team members were Nina Dan of Austria riding Starbucks Legacy, Nimroid Vannietvelt of Bel-gium riding Toosexy For Ricochet, Fiona Howard of Great Britain riding Spookanic and Alissa Leloux of The Netherlands riding Wimpzs Short Step BB. The youngest rider in all the com-petition was 13 year old Nimroid!Fourth to ninth placed teams received medals according to their placing.

In der EC Klasse Rookie Level 2 wurde es zum Schluss noch mal richtig spannend. In einem 24-köpfigen Teilnehmerfeld lagen zwei Reiterinnen mit einer 214,5 gleichauf auf Platz 1: Jennifer Nixdorf (Österreich) auf ihrem Whizoom und Zoey Kant (Nie-derlande) mit Its Dun Time. The EC Rookie Level 2 ended with a tie on first place between 214,5 Jenni-fer Nixdorf (Austria) aboard Whizoom and Zoey Kant (The Netherlands) aboard Its Dun Time. Both had scored a 214.5 in a field of 24. In the run off, Jennifer Nixdorf had the better ride (214.5). Zoey Kant became Reserve (213.5). Champion and 3rd in Level 4, 2011 Americana Maturity Champion and among the Top 15 of the IRHA Fu-turity. Jennifer, who trains with Rudi Kronsteiner, won the NRHA Rookie at the 2012 European Championship, the Youth at the EquitaLyon in France and was 5th in Novice Horse Non Pro at the IRHA-NRHA Derby. No use talking about Zoey Kant and Its Dun Time again here, as Zoey already won three classes at this Eu-ropean Championship including be-coming European Championp 13 & under.

NRHA Million Dollar Rider Bernard Fonck first attended the NRHA Euro-pean Affiliate Championship in 2003 in Egna Ora, Italy, where he earned the Rookie Reserve Championship title. Since then he has attended all the Championships, except for one year, and has conquered the Limited Open, the Intermediate Open and the Open titles more than once!NRHA Million Dollar Rider Bernard Fonck nahm zum ersten Mal im Jahr 2003 an der NRHA European Affili-ate Championship in Egna Ora, Ita-lien, teil. Damals wurde er Rookie Reserve Champion. Seitdem war er bis auf ein Jahr bei allen Champi-onships dabei und mehrfach Limited Open, Intermediate Open und Open Champion!

In 2003, in Italy, Francesca Sternberg showed Smart A Little. She then went on to win the Non Pro Affiliate Cham-pionship with this great horse. In Wiener Neudstadt today, her daughter Tabitha showed the 16-year-old quar-ter horse coached by her father, Doug Allen.2003 in Italien ritt Francesca Stern-berg Smart A Little. Mit diesem großartigen Pferd wurde sie Non Pro Affiliate Champion. Heute ritt ihre Tochter Tabitha den 16-jährigen Smart A Little in Wiener Neustadt, gecoacht wurde sie dabei von ihrem Vater Doug Allen.

(Kronsteiner) – NRHA Million Dollar Rider, past NRHA Open World Cham-pion and past NRHA European Affili-ate Open Champion Rudi Kronsteiner has shown in every single edition of the Affiliate finals. For the first time this year we did not see him in the saddle but his non pro, Jennifer Nix-dorf, rode her Whizoom to the Rookie Level 2 Affiliate Championship.NRHA Million Dollar Rider, NRHA Open World Champion und NRHA European Affiliate Open Champion Rudi Kronsteiner war bei jeder ein-zelnen Affiliate Championship im Finale. Dieses Jahr startet er erst-mals nicht selbst, sondern betreute seine Non Pro Reiterin Jennifer Nix-dorf, die mit Whizoom Rookie Level 2 Affiliate Champion wurde.

Past NRHA Non Pro World Champion Claudio Risso of Italy will be showing in the 2013 edition of the Non Pro Euro-pean Affiliate Championship. Riding RS Jac Flash Leo, Claudio won the Non Pro European Affiliate Championship in the very first edition of the Championships which were held in Italy riding RS Jac Flash Leo

The first three places in a field of 23 riders in the NRHA Novice Horse Non Pro Level 2 went to Belgium, the winner being Jurgen Eeckeloo who scored a 212 aboard his Pine Black Bandit. The 8-year-old AQHA stallion by Little Banty Rooster out of Break The Law was already shown successfully by Jur-gen in Belgium and placed third in NRHA Rookie Level 2 at the 2013 NRHA European Championship.Steve Vannietvelt rode his Im Smart And Wimpy on second place in this class and also placed third with his second horse Steppin Stud Muffin (209). Im Smart And Wimpy is a 5-year-old AQHA stallion by Wimpys Little Step out of Smart San Pep, with whom Steve was 2012 Belgian Champion Amateur and 4th at the Austrian Futurity Non Pro Level 3 resp. 5th in Level 4.
