In December 2012, Kennedy-Wilson purchased the hotel in a transaction thatspanned about seven weeks from negotiating thepurchase to closing the acquisition. The propertyincluded 23 completed condominium units anda parcel approved for the construction of addi-tional units. It is subject to multiple sets ofrestrictions and agreements governing commonfacilities, such as a gondola to access the hotelfrom Northstar Village.
