General Policies

Students may repeat any class taken at our facility on a space available basis. Refresher students must bring the student manual from their original class.

Prior to the class date, the students and/or contact person will receive an email or phone call confirming attendance in the class. Please arrive 15 minutes prior to the start of class. A late arrival disrupts the class flow and interupts learning.

If you cannot attend a class you’ve signed up for, please notify us. You will receive a full refund if you cancel 10 or more business days in advance for application classes, and fifteen or more business days for technical classes (e.g. certification classes).

If there is a particular class you need, and you don’t see it on our schedule, give us a call! We do our best to accomadate the unique

training needs of our clients.
