"I am the living bread that came down from heaven; whoever eats this bread will live forever; and the bread that I will give is my flesh for the life of the world. For my flesh is true food, and my blood is true drink. Whoever eats my flesh and drinks my blood remains in me and I in him." - Jn 6:51, 55-56

We welcome Nicholas John Catapano Field, Benjamin Pe-

ter Plungas, Noah Albertino Plungas and Noah Henry

George in the Sacrament of Baptism. May the Light of

Christ, given in Baptism, shine on these little ones forever.

We pray for the repose of the soul of Michael C. Rock. May he and

all the faithful departed, through the mercy of God, rest in peace.

Amen

The proceeds benefit our brothers and sisters on the mar-gins of society, including victims of war, oppression and disasters. Please use the envelope in your bimonthly packet and thank you in advance for your generosity.

Thank you for your Generosity!

A REQUEST FROM OUR APOSTOLIC ADMINISTRATOR

Dear Faithful of the Diocese of Cleveland,

It is only by your prayers and the tremendous assistance of so many tireless coworkers, that I have been sustained by the Lord in my duties of shepherding two dioceses. As I enter the sixth month of serving as Apostolic Administrator of Cleveland, I ask you to redouble your prayers that the Lord may give every grace to fulfill this role. Please also remember the intentions of Bishop Richard Lennon in retirement, and of Pope Francis, as we await his appointment of a new bishop for the Diocese of Cleveland. With deep thanks in Christ Jesus,

Most Reverend Daniel E. Thomas

Maher and Laura Story — and a host of fun

activities. Of course, the highlight of the whole day is our outdoor

Mass, beginning at 8:00 PM. You and Dad are not going to want

to miss any of this, so make sure to head out to the Center for

Pastoral Leadership in Wickliffe for a day full of faith, family,

friends and fun! Questions? Check out the website:

Family Perspective Family meals are essential for the cohe-sion and growth of families. Nourishing food, conversation, laughter, disagreements, prayer and ritual all give life and promote growth. The Sunday Eucharist is the gathering meal for all parish families. Here we encounter community. We more fully become what we receive: The Body of Christ! The two most important family rituals are Sunday Eucharist and regular family meals. Be sure to honor fathers, grandfa-thers, stepfathers and godfathers on this Father’s Day at
