Requirements For Partnership:

To become a partner of the Healthy Lombard Initiative, the interested

Group, Business, Organization, or Individual is asked to actively endorse

the purpose of Healthy Lombard by :

1. Participating in Quarterly planning meetings

2. Supporting the Mission of Healthy Lombard by

doing at least one of the following:

(a) providing a service or activity that addresses the elimination of

Childhood Obesity and promotes Healthy Living,

(b) by volunteering to assist with items identified under letter “a,” or

(c) providing financial support

3. Post events or information on the Healthy Lombard website and/or

calendar
