What’s there in this Issue?

Highly Keen - The HR Institute conducted one day training workshop entitled "How to Design Compensation & Benefits" on 16th June, 2012. Mr. Jibran Bashir - CEO Highly Keen facilitated the workshop while HR Professionals from Sammi Daewoo, Azguard9, CottonWeb Pvt. Ltd., Salamat School Systems, Fresca Energy, Khatoon Industries, Bahria Town, Inter Gas State Systems, attended the workshop.

Highly Keen - The HR Institute conducted one day training workshop entitled "Labor Laws of Pakistan" on 7th July, 2012 held at Hotel One, Hussain Chowk, Lahore. Mr. Chaudhry Abdul Rehman GM HR – US Denim Mills, Facilitated the workshop while HR Professionals from Servis Sales Corporation, QSA Surgical Sialkot, Engro Eximp Products, 4 Brother Group, Hotel One, and Jotun Pakistan Pvt.. Ltd. , attended workshop.

Highly Keen – The HR Institute Conducted one day Training Workshop on "OD & Change Management" in Lahore on 8th August, 2012. Participants from Servis Sales Corp. Ideas by Gul Ahmed, Hi-Tech Lubricants, Hotel One, and Association for Academic Quality, attended the workshop.

Highly Keen – The HR Institute Conducted one day in-house Training Workshop on "Time & Stress Management" in Lahore on 12th September, 2012. Participants of workshop included Directors and Middle Level management of a Production Sector Organization. A total of 35 participants attended the workshop.

In addition to the above mentioned Workshops Highly Keen Conducted 08 In-House Workshops for its clients during the last quarter.

Highly Keen has celebrated the certification ceremony of the 1st batch of its “Certified Performance & Compensation Specialist” (CPCS) Course on 12th June, 2012. Course was facilitated by Mr. Yousuf Jamshed – Country Head HR & Corporate Communication at The ABB Group. HR Professionals from Companies like Info Tech, MAN Diesel & Turbo, PHC, Servair, Azgard 9, Salamat School Systems and etc. had joined the course.

Highly Keen - The HR Institute has celebrated the Certification ceremony of the 7th batch of its "Certified HRM Professional Course (CHRMP) on 4th September, 2012. Mr. Jibran Bashir - CEO Highly Keen and Course facilitator for CHRMP, awarded the certificates to qualifying participants. The Certification ceremony was followed by a group Dinner at

Shezan Regale, DHA.

The Batch # 8 of Highly Keen’s CHRMP Course started on 7th September, 2012. This is a Level – 1, Certification for HR Professionals, being facilitated by Mr. Jibran Bashir. HR Professionals from Companies Like HBL, Association for Academic Quality, Superior University, Lahore Stock Exchange, Cool Point Pvt. Ltd., Lahore Grammar, MTech Pvt. Ltd., West Point Home, JICA, Chughtai Dental Supplies, Ruba Group, and etc. have joined Highly Keen for this course.

CPCS – Batch # 1 Passed Out

CHRMP – Batch # 7 Passed Out

CHRMP – Batch # 8 Started

Highly Keen Completed 5th & 6th Batch and Started 7th Batch of its HR Distance

Learning Programs in this quarter. The Programs are catering the professional

learning needs of professionals living outside Lahore or in other countries at the

time & place of their choice. In this quarter Participants got enrolled in Certificate

courses of 3 Months duration in the fields of Recruitment & Selection, Compensation

& Benefits, Performance Management, Training & Development, Industrial Relations

& Labor Laws, and International Human Resource Management. 67 Participants

from within & outside Pakistan completed HRDLP Programs in last quarter.

Highly Keen’s Consultancy Horizons got broadened this Quarter by the addition of a

Health Sector NGO Think Tank, An Engineering Based Manufacturing Concern and A

Food & Grocery Retail Chain being added to Highly Keen’s Consultancy Clients.

Highly Keen Consultants have to perform the Organization wide Analysis in the

offices spread over different Cities of Pakistan then they will develop the HR Policies,

Procedures & Documents for the clients and will further implement the Newly

Developed HR System through different OD interventions and Training Workshops.

CEO - Highly Keen - The HR Institute - Mr. Jibran Bashir Visited Gift University on

27th September, 2012. He was invited by the Gift University as a Guest Speaker on

the Topic “Art of Presentation & Communication”. This session was organized under

the Professional Development Program, 2012 for Gift Students of MBA Final Year.

Highly Keen’s HR Jobs Segment is facilitating Students and Professionals in finding

HR Jobs at one place. During the Last Quarter Highly Keen Posted 62 HR Jobs at its

HR Jobs page (These were the jobs about which Highly Keen representatives came

to know through different online and print mediums. The HR Jobs page at Highly

Keen website gets updated every 15-20 Days.
