o Potential “vendor tech panels”. Worked very well in Las Vegas. Will be asking for interest from new participants.

•Gartner Symposium/ITexpo, October 5-9, Orlando, FL. Standard sponsor, 10x10 booth.o Considering VIP reception for 25-30 people. If confirmed,
will ask for co-funding from 2-4 firms.

•Telco Cloud World Forum SDN & NFV World co-located with SDN & NFV World USA , October 7-8, Dallas, TX. No sponsorship, major Telco users asked to present.
•CloudOpen Europe, October 13-15, Dusseldorf, Germany. Silver sponsor, small booth. Will request volunteers from community.
•FUTURECOM, Oct 13-15, Sao Paolo, Brazil. 15,000 business level attendees. Sponsoring, level TBD, booth, potential speaking session. Asking local members not already sponsoring to co-fund a larger sponsorship.
•Open World Forum, Oct 30-Nov 1, Paris, France. Just prior to OpenStack Summit in Paris. Considering joint activities.

•USENIX LISA, November 9-14, Seattle, WA. Sponsorship, booth and half day tutorial on Monday November 9. Will request community support for booth. Highly recommend this event – 1000+ large scale installation admins/operators – fantastic audience!
•OW2 Annual Conference, November 4-6, Paris, France. Overlaps with OpenStack Summit. Activities TBD.
•Gartner Data Center Conference, December 2-5, Las Vegas, NV. Will sponsor and have a Pavilion, if enough interest.o 2,500 incredible CIO, CTO level attendees.
o Cost to participate approximately 18-20K USD
o Not eligible if you participated in our Pavilion in 2013, or have sponsored this event directly in past 2 years. Unless, of course, you ALSO sponsor directly. (per Gartner)

•Looking for interest in participating in the Open Cloud “Park” at Cloud Expo Europe, March 11-12, 2015, London, England. We are negotiating a side for OpenStack, with a potential demo gazebo. Stands in the park will be offered at a significant discount (approximately 4-5K GBP). More to come.o We need an approximate number of interested
