Thank you for signing up to participate in our 2019 Family Campout. We have a whole evening of exciting activities planned for you and your family. Enjoy exclusive use of the Family Aquatic Center, relax with a smore by the campfire, and pull up a chair and watch a family friendly movie on our jumbo outdoor screen. On Sunday morning, we’ll enjoy a delicious pancake breakfast provided by Bobo’s.

* While the pool will be open til 9pm, remember that once the sun sets, it gets chilly quickly!

The following items will not be allowed into theFamily Aquatic Center:• No glass containers; please bring cans or plastic bottles• No alcohol • No open flames (no camp stoves/BBQs)• No fireworks of any kind
Below is a list of items we recommend that you bring to the campout. The Park District will NOT be able to provide you with any camping supplies.
• Cart or wagon to bring in your gear• Tent(s) - Camping is in south area of the FAC• Sleeping bag/blanket for each person• Sleeping pad/air mattress• Pillow• Cooler w/snacks and drinks (no alcohol)
**Glass containers are not allowed in the FAC **
• Flashlight• Weather-appropriate clothes (can get chilly!)
• Swimsuit/goggles• Lightweight jacket/sweatshirt• Rain gear (poncho or rain jacket)• Toiletries - toothbrush, soap, deodorant, etc.• Wash cloth and towel• Medication, if needed• Bug repellent • Folding chair and/or blanket for movie
The Family Aquatic Center is located at 635 Aspen Dr in Vernon Hills.
