Perpetual Eucharistic Adoration
Do Something Special This Summer Take some “PRAYER Time-out” and
spend time in our chapel
Blessed Mother Teresa once said, “Every Holy Hour we make so pleases
the Heart of Jesus…”
HE does so much for you all year! Don’t be too busy to stop and say ‘HI.’ Stop by before or after work. If you are home for the summer, bring your children and let them
have a peaceful experience with Our Lord. Any amount of time is special. It doesn’t have to be for a whole hour. If you happen to be able to commit to an hour that would be wonderful! Please use the computer to sign in, either
as a visitor or adorer, so we know someone was with HIM. The times below are empty or only have one person
occasionally, so we need Adorers this summer!
Summer is a time to relax and slow down. Wouldn’t an hour in Adoration be a perfect time to experience His Peace? When can you come?
Sunday 12am, 2am, 5am, 7am, 12pm Monday 12am, 1am, 2am, 7am, 2pm Tuesday 1am, 2am, 10am, 3pm Wednesday 12am, 2am, 3am, 10pm Thursday 12am, 1am, 11pm Friday 1am, 2am, 7am, 2pm, 3pm, 5pm, 7pm Saturday 11am, 1pm, 2pm,3pm, 5pm

Sacramental Outreach Ministry
“Whatever you did for the least of my brothers and sisters of Mine, you did for Me.”
The Sacramental Outreach Ministry is in need of new members who love the Holy Eucharist. As SOM’s we are entrusted and privileged to bring the “living” Christ (Holy Communion) into the lives of those who can no longer attend Mass. This is a beautiful and fulfilling away to share your faith with our parish community
while serving the Lord.
If you believe that GOD is calling you to be of service in a very special and extra-ordinary way or you have
questions, please contact Charles or Angela Martignetti at 470-313-1650, 470-313-1651 or at 772-489-9257

What is RCIA?
The Rite of Christian Initiation of Adults (RCIA) is the process established for the universal Church for individuals to become Catholic
and receive the Sacraments - Baptism, Confirmation and the Eucharist.
This initiation process also involves a parish community experiencing a renewal in faiths as it prepares and welcomes new members into the
Church. The Rite speaks of conversion as a “spiritual journey” centered on fostering a deep relationship with Jesus and the Church He founded, this journey takes a
place through distinct stages over a period of time.
We will begin the new RCIA process in September.
Open registration will begin on June 3rd and will close on August 30th.
Registration forms will be available in the Parish Office or online at www.stanastasiachurch.org.

The Legend Has “Officially” Retired
If you don’t recognize the man in the pictures, you are not officially a Fort Piercian. We are talking about Joe Guettler, “The Legend”. His name is synonymous with Fort Pierce and St. Anastasia. He thinks
he has retired. But if you know Joe, like we know Joe, that will never happen. We just won’t let it - “Joe, we know where you live!”
Thanks for your work ethic, your unusually dry sense of humor, your ingenuity, your faith, and your love for the parish and
community of St. Anastasia! Our parish families will miss your daily presence and words of wisdom. So long Joe, but not Goodbye!
May God continue to bless your family always! - St. Anastasia Parish Office Staff

Follow Jesus In today’s Gospel reading, Jesus asks some people to leave everything behind and follow Him. God is actually asking all of us to follow Him! Does that mean that we have to start wandering from town to town preaching? No! It means that we should try to become holy like Jesus. God calls everyone to be holy. Some people become holy as priests or religious sisters or brothers, but those are not the only ways to become holy. Kids, married people and single people can all live out God’s plan or holiness by doing His will every day. You might think at first that being holy sounds boring, but it’s not! Holiness means being like God. It means using the gifts God gave you to do good things. It means doing the right thing at the right time, and sometimes that means being a hero. That’s definitely not boring!
Answer to Maze on front: I will follow you wherever you go. Answer to Word-Find: I will follow Jesus
