I am so glad that summer is here. If you have extra time on your hands please think about getting on my volunteer schedule! I am looking to schedule volunteers throughout the week and weekends to help lead and assist in activities. This is a great opportunity for families to come together and make a difference in your family and ours! Autumn Leaves is moving to a new format for our activities department. I have read through the entire manual and am happy to work with everyone to bring more joy to our residents. On our June calendar and in purple, twice a day, you will notice that I have listed an Alternative Activity. This will be lead by someone other than me or Brenda, a caregiver or a manager. Autumn Leaves has seen how busy we are and how we are not always reaching each and every resident during the normal range of activities. These Alternative Activities are a way to get stimulation to each and every resident in the building. Another change that you will see on the calendar is that there is a number by each activity. These numbers are classifications of my activities for the new Inspired Connection program. There are 6 different elements that each Community has to touch on each month. The numbers will classify the activities so that you can make sure that your loved one is getting the full benefit of our Life Enrichment Program here at Autumn Leaves of The Woodlands. There is an icon box in the beginning of the calendar that list's the 6 different elements. Please stop by the front desk to get a copy of the definitions and outline of exactly what each of these elements covers. It is a constant goal of all of your management team and we are always looking for new and improved ways to enrich the lives of our residents here at their home! Thanks for your continued support. If you would like to come in and volunteer this summer, please let me know. Thank you Michelle Lauer Life Enrichment Manager

Our Family Caring For Your Family

Note from Michelle

Hello All! I am so glad that summer is here. If you have

extra time on your hands please think about getting on my

volunteer schedule! I am looking to schedule volunteers

throughout the week and weekends to help lead and assist in

activities. This is a great opportunity for families to come

together and make a difference in your family and ours!

Autumn Leaves is moving to a new format for our activities

department.

I have read through the entire manual and am happy to

work with everyone to bring more joy to our residents. On our

June calendar and in purple, twice a day, you will notice that

I have listed an Alternative Activity. This will be lead by

someone other than me or Brenda, a caregiver or a manager.

Autumn Leaves has seen how busy we are and how we are not

always reaching each and every resident during the normal

range of activities. These Alternative Activities are a way to

get stimulation to each and every resident in the

building. Another change that you will see on the

calendar is that there is a number by each activity. These

numbers are classifications of my activities for the new

Inspired Connection program. There are 6 different elements

that each Community has to touch on each month. The

numbers will classify the activities so that you can make sure

that your loved one is getting the full benefit of our

Life Enrichment Program here at Autumn Leaves of The

Woodlands. There is an icon box in the beginning of the

calendar that list's the 6 different elements.

Please stop by the front desk to get a copy of the

definitions and outline of exactly what each of these elements

covers. It is a constant goal of all of your management team

and we are always looking for new and improved ways to

enrich the lives of our residents here at their home! Thanks

for your continued support. If you would like to come in and

volunteer this summer, please let me know.

Thank you
