Mission: Junior Paintball

Parent / Guardian Letter of Consent Required by Anyone Between the Age of 8 and 16 Years

I confirm that I am fully aware of the following:

(a) The game is physically and mentally intense.

(b) The game can be dangerous if not played in accordance with the stated rules which will be detailed by Adventure Sports staff on the day.

(c) The possibility of injury to my son / daughter and others does exist.

(d) The paint pellets travel at approximately 100 mph, they may leave a bruise.

(e) Clothing may be stained by the paint pellets.

I also confirm and agree my son / daughter;

(1) Is aware of the risks involved in the game.

(2) Is physically fit and able to take the exertion of the game.

(3) Will comply with Adventure Sports Ltd. rules and use the equipment as instructed and not so as to injure others and will obey all directions of the Adventure Sports marshals and understand that they face expulsion from the site if they do otherwise.

(4) Will wear their goggles and never remove them when not in the nominated Safe Zone even if they mist over or get paint on them.

(5) Will use only pellets supplied by Adventure Sports

(6) Is 8 years old or more.

Release and Rental

In the absence of any negligence or other breach of duty by Adventure Sports (Warwickshire) Ltd., I hereby release, remise and forever discharge from any claims and liabilities that I might have against Adventure Sports (Warwickshire) Ltd and any other player in the game who might injure me, and I make this release on behalf of my heirs, executors and administrators.
